MT Nails & Spa

Great service! I came as a walk in for gel manicure + pedicure and they were very kind and accommodating to my requests. They told me they're under new management so if you're looking for a new spot to get your nails done, this is the place!

Mom and I are very impressed with the new look of the spa, new chairs, clean and refreshing. Ivy and Nancy gave us mani and pedi. We're very satisfied and they exceeded our expectations. Will definitely come back.

I went to this store for a pedicure and usually greeted pleasantly. Not this time. I was handed over to a lady(thin blonde, glasses) that had two daughters working with her. Owner was out town for a few months.
This lady came out the back and was in a hurry so she filed down most of my nails rather than take all of the polish off. She did them so fast, when I got finished and to the next store, I noticed it was sloppy and red polish was on my toes.
I called to tell them the problem and they said to come back. I got to the shop and she started angrying with me. I didn't mess up my toes, but she kept telling me don't mess up my feet and where are shoes that she gave me and not to put my shoes back on.
She got louder and started acting like a child. Making noises and calling me crazy. Her daughter tried to tell her many times to be quiet and stop. But she didn't. She still was in a hurry. She said she had a doctors appointment to go to, so I told her to go and stop talking to me. Her daughters took over then because she kept fusing.
She was making wining noise saying that remember me and all I want is color changes when I'm supposed to get pedicure. She kept calling me crazy. I asked the girls about the owner and I told their mother to be quiet because she didn't want them to talk to me. The lady said talk to the owner if I want, she don't care. She don't work there and he needs hers.

Then she put on Asian music loudly. The music Asians play to chance away what they call bad "spirits". Her daughter agreed.
This all was totally crazy and the whole time her daughters are apologizing for her and said, they get to live with this every day. The older daughter said please forgive her, she had one of those days.
Just to think, the owner Vince left this kind of person in charge for months!
And finally she said owner should put a sign up you people!!!

I WONDER WHAT SHE MEANT BY THAT!!
