I can provide a glowing recommendation for Dr. Dickson, my dentist. This dental office has been a lifesaver for me, and the staff is truly great. Dr. Dickson is a first-rate dentist who always goes above and beyond to ensure that I receive the best possible treatment.

The entire office has always been very accommodating to me, including meeting me at their office on a Saturday afternoon when I had a true dental emergency. I was scheduled to speak at a public venue the following day and had nowhere to go, but they were able to make the repair on my tooth, provide me with a temporary retainer, and everything turned out fine.

Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Dickson and this dental office to anyone in need of dental care. The staff is dedicated, professional, and truly cares about their patients' wellbeing, making them an excellent choice for anyone looking for top-quality dental care.

Be careful dealing with this outfit. I went there for a cleaning & they're in my dental insurance network. I'm allowed 2 cleanings yearly @ no cost. For some reason Lynn in their office decided I should be charged like I was out of network or had no dental insurance? I had to send her a statement from my insurance company stating I didn't owe them anything. Rude condescending wretched person would be my description of dealing with her. CD

This is a great dentist office! From Rachel to Susie to Cindy to Yolanda to Dr. Dickson himself, everyone if fantastic, extremely helpful and very patient with a nervous dental patient such as myself.
I have been going here for a few years for cleanings and recently had some necessary dental surgery done. They played my favorite playlist, put HGTV on the screen and made me extremely comfortable with a cosy neck pillow.
Everyone is always in a great mood and they put everyone at ease not matter what they are there for.

I am extremely reluctant to find new doctors because you never know what you're going to get - especially dentists! My regular dentist was too far for me to drive so I had been searching for about a month for a dentist. Some places felt like all they wanted was to up-charge, some felt like they were just there for a paycheck - Not My Dentist in Plano. This place was recommended to me by a friend and after doing research online I decided to give them a try. I am extremely happy that I did. The staff is extremely welcoming, professional and courteous! Dr. Dickson is nice and informative, the hygienist, Terry, was extremely friendly and was very gentle while cleaning my teeth. I've been to dentists where they are too rough and my gums hurt like hell after. The front office staff is very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend giving this office a shot. You wont be disappointed.

Scam...1st, I was promised whitening trays with gel, but was told I had to have my fillings done first before I could receive the gel. I received the trays but never the gel.

2nd, I agreed to have my wisdom teeth removed and was told that Dr. D did not do this procedure, so they out source it to Dr. Roberts and stated he was in network for my insurance.

After paying up front over $1500 and having the surgery done I was notified by Dr. D's office almost a year later, they were unable to get my insurance to fully pay the claim.

I requested more information from the office after receiving a 2nd bill. I was told they would try to resolve the claim because insurance should be covering the full cost. I called to check in with the office once a week for a month for status updates. I received the run around and was told I would get a call back after leaving messages.

Finally, I called my insurance and found out the performing Doctor was out of network, so I owed Dr. D and my insurance more money.

I have chosen a more honest dentist office to continue business with.

Save your energy and go somewhere else - you deserve better.
Sure, their "new patient special" is enticing but at the end of the day - pressure sales to get more work done than needed negates any value offered.
We opted to get a second opinion from another dentist and had an amazing experience from start to finish - minus the upselling tactics employed here.
Think twice people before choosing this practice!

Customer service had an awesome family atmosphere and they treated me with genuine care.
Thanks to Cristina and dr. Dixon my deep cleaning and scaling were transformed from a traumatic experience to an easy process.

I am never changing dentists as long as I live in Texas. I've lived in Southlake and now Dallas, and it's still worth driving to this practice. Cristina is very pleasant and fun, and everyone takes special care to make sure you're comfortable (including providing a tv with all the channels over you while they work), and they remember and keep track of what's going on with you.
Beyond that, Dr. Dickson is incredibly on top of things. He asks the right questions, makes solid recommendations, and is super nice. He and Cristina are a good team, and are very knowledgeable.
Also, his work speaks for itself. The waiting room check-in computer has before and after pictures that are seriously unbelievable.
Go see them. Just do it.

Dr. Dickson assumed Dr. hain's practice -- and I was a little nervous as Dr Hain had been my dentist for so many years. But, I have found Dr. Hain and his staff to be nothing short of excellent. While I miss Dr. Hain, I am at home with Dr. Dickson and staff.

Highly recommend.

They change their way of billing and it seems that all they care for is money. I just had a horrible experience, they are aware, but I hear nothing from them. Front desk staff was rude and inconsiderate.
