Worst home improvement experience! The installers left scuff marks all over my walls up to 3 ft high which I am not sure how that even happens with flooring. Walls were all painted prior to floor install and in pristine condition. During install an installer drove a nail through a hot water pipe. We did not realize this happened until 5 hours later when entering our flooded basement. Installer called owner and went back to laying floor. Owner stated Plumber would come out next day so we spent about 18 hours without water to our home. Installers offered no assistance in clean up. We spent 5 hours that night with carpet cleaner and shop vac removing water. The next day "their" plumber stated pipe was too close to flooring so they are not liable but could not cite code for our reference. Clean up costs $1565 for water. Unsure on cost of paint currently. Owner was inconsiderate on phone. Would not provide me with her business name (the are sub contractor through L & L flooring) or insurance policy information for me to give to my insurer. And they charge us $3677.37 (full price) of install. Installers stayed until 10pm after we asked at 9 they finish. Our kids need sleep. They said its a 2 hour drive and they don't want to come back. The never asked as to work late. Job was scheduled for 3 days. Owner was aware of them working late. Left are door open all night as they worked so downstairs was filled with bugs by 10pm. Absolute disaster. L & L flooring is aware of issues with company and equally responsible. They should ditch this company or also be responsible.

Just an update: Those of you that has had this company do work for you, and like everyone else you get no response. Here's the solution file a claim in small claims court. It cost me $30.00 here in Ohio. List this company BUT also list LL Flooring, because they are the ones who hired them to do your install. LL Flooring will reach out to you to settle, they don't want to go to court. I did and could the cost of my flooring and the installation cost back. From the time I got the call from LL Flooring to get the check less the 2 weeks. Good Luck

Ask the salesperson who'll do the installation if they (LL Flooring) are going to do it. If they mention N&M floors walk away. If not you'll be sorry. They do sh*ty work and the owners will not stand behind their work. Why should they, they have already been paid. Had flooring installed and within a month had gapping, uneven floors loose boards, I could go on. I contacted the customer service department for LL Flooring and after 6 months of getting nowhere. N&M floors kept on making excuses of way they couldn't do the work. It going to settled in court. So please anyone out there STAY AWAY from this company.

Quick to do the install and take your money but don't expect any quick resolution to flooring issues or personal property damage!

Horrible experience from start to finish. Do not recommend whatsoever. They did a horrible job installing our flooring along with being late, not showing up for scheduled appointments, as well as staying in our home til 10pm to complete their half assed work. Supervisors/crew members were rude from the start.

N&M flooring came to install my flooring for LumberLiquidators. They did no prep work for floor leveling for the vinyl plank flooring and just laid it all down. Several spots sank when stepped on. I brought this to their attention and they claimed that's just how it is. I refuse to release their work and they torn up only one spot and stuffed cardboard to "level" the flooring. I claimed that was unacceptable and they swore at me in a different language and left. I opened up several claims with LumberLiquidator and not much was done to fix this or refund part of my money that I paid for the prep work on the flooring. LumberLiquidator requires everything must be paid prior to their work. Both are the worst contracting businesses I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY from this business!!!

Poor craftsmanship. Poor craftsmanship. Poor craftsmanship. These guys are clueless in job preparation and finish. When pulling up the previous hardwood they didn't clean the existing glue from the subfloor now the kitchen floor has noticeable uneven areas. I paid them to move the heavy furniture in my house, they were careless and dmaged my bed. They either don't understand simple math or are clueless to how a measuring tape works there are numerous uneven cuts everywhere. During the install a nail failed to penetrate correctly and caused the surface of the floor board to bubble and they failed to replace the board. DO NOT use M & N for your install. They had the nerve to defend the installation to my face, until another LL contractor noticed the issues and told them there were areas that were incorrect.

Update 2 years later: my $14K floors are separating. We would told by another contractor that the floor were installed poorly and inaccurate! See pictures.

They do not return calls, they do not follow up when problems exist, they require 100% payment in advance. We experienced many problems with broken personal items, they ran out of supplies and it took two months for them to return and finish the job. After showing pictures of damaged doors, blinds, appliances etc., it took a total of five months and countless phone calls, to get a partial resolution to the issues. They are the installers for lumber liquidators. If you buy from lumber liquidators do not use this company as your installer! One star rating is a compliment, the business deserves zero stars.

If I could give a company negative stars.....I would give this company a thousand negative stars. Shame for, now, LL flooring, because I will never ever buy flooriing from them again. Tony comes in sweater then pie for the estimate, promises the world, then all you get is crappy service after you buy the product.
The day of my install, the crew didn't show on time. I didn't get a call until 2-3 hours later only to tell me that no one bothered to "check the trucks" and my truck was on the side of the road broken down and wouldn't make it. I was rescheduled for Saturday and was assured it was happen. Saturday comes, only told, then that that truck was "broken down and someone went to take another truck to them" hours later after complaining, I get a call that someone was coming. I find out it was sub contracted to someone else by N&M flooring. (I learned this through the other company, N&M never told me this).
The original installer comes hours later and helps finishes up the job, but only do I find out that they left a huge gap in my $2,000 floor and a ton of liquid nail seeping from the threshold onto the flooring. (Never should you do on a floating floor).
I call the next day, and after run around, Tony comes the following day. He puts wood putty in the gap and tells my husband and myself to 'use a butter knife to scrape the glue from the floor'. What???!!!
I called corporate who intervenes but I had to call corporate back again to have them follow up with this ridiculous company since they would not call me back. Finally, N&M call me to schedule to come out.
The day finally arrives and tony comes. He comes into MY home and without explaining anything that he is going to do, he gets on his hands and knees and begins spraying a chemical into the threshold and then uses a razor blade and cuts my flooring!!!!! The glue is still visible razor blade cut in one of the planks, and now both my daughter and I are sick due to the chemical smell!!!! Along with the chemical is still under the threshold and we can't get it out which is making us worse!
This company will never come into my home again. Feel bad for LL flooring, the showroom and sales are great, but this company ended all ties for me.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Petra L.Gibsonia, PA31Nov 1, 2020
Everything was great with a few small snafus. I had some trouble with the initial scheduling but once the teams arrived everything went smoothly. The first team that removed my carpeting were very courteous and understanding when I had to delay the final laydown of the flooring due to an emergency. They did a great job leaving the rooms as clean as possible without any flooring in them until I could arrange a time for the final flooring install to take place. I again had to pursue the scheduler in order to get my install scheduled. The team that did the final flooring install did a great job with the flooring. My flooring looks great and the I was happy with the two teams that came into my home to do the work.
