Well I've never experienced such rude, cruel & inconsiderate individuals.

I'd booked a Groupon for a 'couples massage' aka Myself and my best friend for her birthday as we were celebrating in London. For a few days and thought it would be nice & relaxing to finish with a massage.

Unfortunately my friend received some bad news which meant we had to cut short our trip. Meaning we'd miss the massage. First I tried to see if I could reschedule or move the time earlier, I messaged the woman and explained briefly the situation and her exact response was, 'sorry you can't change your booking through Groupon! And you need to do everything in, online please thank you' wow shocked no leeway no 'oh I'll see if anything can be done no empathy or understanding of the situation zero!

So I then replied with, 'I understand it's short notice ( a little
Less that 24hrs Of receiving the news) I said a close member of my friend has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and this is why we need to leave early tomorrow which is why I'm asking to rearrange, and hoping for an empathetic ear'

To which the response was , ' sorry about that we cannot change please contact to Groupon thank you'

Fuming by the the sheer lack of empathy for the situation. No thought or structure about the response and really not needed under the circumstances. Even if they had of said ' l'm really sorry about the situation we can't do anything our end to the booking as it's been made via Groupon but if you contact them they should be able to cancel and provide an exchange. ' or something with a bit more professionalism and understanding would of sufficed and that would of appeased the situation. But the blanket disregard and sheer lack of
compassion from this company speaks volumes clearly greedy and out for all the money they can get without consideration of potential
Clients feelings and changes of circumstances beyond their control!

I just hope that they are never in a situation like this where a family member/friend gets bad news or sick and they turn round and say what was said to myself!

Lovely, booked the couples massage, it was lovely, the girls knew exactly what they were doing and gave a very relaxing and professional massage, we didn't want it to be over, they worked in sync with each other, the atmosphere was relaxing and calm and we got a lovely glass of ice water a sweet biscuit served very nicely to us after, we were not rushed to get up and get out, they let us take or time, well worth the money, the only reason for 4 stars and not 5 Is when we first walked in the decor was a bit sloppy which didn't represent the wonderful service we received, will definitely be visiting them again
