Kim did a wonderful job on my mani and pedi. She was very friendly and personable. I love how she was constantly smiling and was cheerful all throughout. Overall, beautiful salon with pleasant staff members.

I had a gel manicure done 2 days ago and they're already chipping. They were done sloppy and the polish has dust in in it from using the drill and not cleaning the dust off before painting. There is also extra polish all around the nail and stuck to the cuticle.

I found Nail Sabella two years ago while visiting South Jersey. I instantly fell in love with this place! I received the best treatment and the staff was so wonderful. Fast forward.....I moved to Turnersville in February (2022) and returned to this salon. The ladies remembered me from two years ago! I was so impressed and felt so welcomed that they would remember me and recall my visit. I've continued going to Nail Sabella and just love WaWa! I am pleased every time I go there for my mani/pedi/eyebrow combo! The staff knows your name as soon as you walk through the door, they treat you so kindly and just take care of you. This is my place to go to when I need to just relax and treat myself!

Yesterday, on June 19, I came to Nail Sabella with my girlfriends to have a nice day out. The person who greeted us to sign in was extremely nice and helpful, however thereafter my experience went downhill.
I am absolutely not the type to give bad reviews, especially to family-owned businesses. However I am compelled to write this review because I was greatly mistreated at Nail Sabella by my technician and a few of her coworkers.
From the get-go, my technician was extremely pushy with me picking my colors, pulling me by my arm to the polishes then to her chair. I was put in her chair a little before 4PM, and she was saying (in Vietnamese) to her coworkers that she needs to leave at 5PM. I did not disclose to her that I understood her because I didn't think she would decide to speak inappropriately about me to her coworkers during my appointment.
The picture shows what I had asked for, and I was already prepared to pay the price for the design. In Vietnamese she kept exasperating that it was too many colors, it would take too much time, and that she needs to leave at 5PM.
Eventually I said, "Okay I just want four colors to alternate on every other nail, no design." She was going to charge me $5 extra which I then said "It's extra? I don't know if other salons do that."
To which she responded back in Vietnamese to then again speak inappropriately about me to her coworkers that I was being "difficult." I decided on just choosing the one color to make it easy for her.
On top of that, when she asked me if I wanted gel or dip, I asked for the price difference, even though I always prefer gel, out of curiosity. The price of dip was slightly higher, so I explained that I would still like gel. In Vietnamese she said to her coworkers, "Yes, she's choosing gel because she doesn't have money."
Throughout this entire experience, I tried to keep my cool because I knew she would ask me about my ethnicity. She later on asked me if I was Chinese, to which I explained I was Vietnamese. She immediately starts nervously laughing, and asked if I understood the language. I responded "Yes, I do."
She then decides to compliment me, trying to mitigate the situation. The rest of the appointment was her trying to make amends with me, trying to make cordial conversation when that's what she could have done with me from the start instead of talking inappropriately about me to her coworkers. She rushed through her paint job and ended up giving me uneven coats of gel.
As I headed up to the counter to pay, the other technician, who was well aware of what happened, asked to look at my nails and asked, "Oh, why only one color?" I don't really understand why she needed to rub more salt in the wound that was already created.
At the end of the appointment, I made sure to tip my tech 20% for her services, and say "cam on co" (thank you auntie) in Vietnamese.
I hope this is the first and last time this happens to anyone. I wish that they would have assessed the situation that maybe.. just MAYBE I could understand them before they decided to ruin someone else's day, completely unprovoked. My tech thought I was 18, however I am 25 and thankful I was able to handle the situation in a mature manner. However I would hope that this toxic environment as co-workers does not persist and that everyone continues to choose kindness over hate.Helpful 8Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Stephanie R.Bellmawr, NJ0214Apr 9, 2021
I'm not a big fan of writing reviews unless they're absolutely horrible. But I cannot let my girls (and guys) not get the recognition they deserve. I used to not have a favorite nail salon. I would go to whatever was closest and would hope they would do it right and for a cheap/fair price. Once my friend brought me to Nailsabella I have not been disappointed. Every single time I am amazed and I'm in love with my nails. All of the nail techs are fantastic. No matter who I go to (Helen, Annie, Kenny, Tina, etc) they all do an amazing job and make my nails last.
Although I'm not a talker when I go, I definitely feel like I'm apart of a second family and I'm so happy to be apart of it. I also hope they keep the text appointments after covid because they are super convenient for when I'm in a rush or when I need a last minute appointment.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Hoàng Nh H.Philadelphia, PA1115Feb 6, 2022

I started coming here 6 months ago, and have been seeing Helen. She is beyond amazing. I love to get white nails during the summer, but what ever special magic she has actually keeps them very white! My nails hold up very good. Clean and friendly nail salon.

I've never been in and out of a nail salon so fast in my life and felt like an inconvenience. I requested a soak off and new set when I made the appointment, but once I was there I was told that takes too long, next time. I was in the nail salon for less then 20 minutes for an acrylic refill with gel polish and I'm now left with wrinkled gel polish and thick thumb nails. I do not recommend.

The worst gel acrylic manicure & pedicure I've ever had. My nails are peeling after 1 week & are all uneven.. My pedicure is terribly done & messy. A total waste of my money. (Plus difficult to communicate in English, they do not understand). I never complain, but I'm "very" disappointed!!
