First timer, amazing pedicure. Friendly host and fast service. I will recommend this place.

I went to this nail salon on Friday afternoon the man who day my nails was nice but when i would tell him like my finger is burning he paid it no mind then he clip my cuticles something I never have done bc most time they cut to much well he ended up making 2 of my fingers bleed i told him they were bleeding he told me to wash my hand well they wouldn't stop bleeding so I had to inform the front desk bc i needed bandaids the lady I'm guessing was the owner told the cashier to give me 20% off which came to 12.00 bucks I thought was not enough bc today is Sunday and I'm still in pain I would never go back here r recommend bc no one apologized r anything

Walked in at 1:15, was barely greeted, told to pick my color. I am new to the neighborhood and wanted to try something close since my place is in the woodlands.
I get powder and shellac. It took him 40 minutes which shows. The lack of care and he butchered them short, didn't ask what I wanted and took NO notice to what I was saying.
At checkout I asked if he normally goes that quickly. She said she wasn't sure and asked if I didn't like them. I said no i do not, not happy with them at all.
She said oh sorry. No options for what could be done to fix them. I paid $52 for the worst nails I've ever had. All different sizes, no base color for a French mani...
I called to get my money back since I don't trust them to fix it, went to voicemail and nobody's called back. There were 2 girls working the front and hardly any customers. These are my bachelorette nails, so disappointing.

Get 'em in, Get 'em out. Quick unfriendly service. Haven't found a tech at any of these stores that's friendly. Feel like I'm in a New York salon.

I went in for removal of my powder dip acrylic nails. The technician literally ripped part of my pinkie nail off with the method she used to remove the acrylic nails. She used an artificial nail tip to press under my acrylic nail to rip it off my natural nail. It was painful. When I expressed my concern she just kept on with the procedure. I won't be back to this nail salon. I hope I don't get an infection, as my pinkie finger was still bleeding when I left the salon.

The WORST pedicure I've ever had. This girl actually hurt me. I had an appt. on Friday, it's now tuesday & i still can't wear shoes!

The worst pedicure I've ever had. Came in with my wife for a pedicure for her birthday and the man and woman performing the service were obviously new. The lady took off a piece of skin alongside of my nail from the end of my nail down to the base. The next morning I can barely walk and my toe looks like this.

Do a good job on pedicure, nails facials and massages. Been going there for well over the past year

I've been here at least a dozen times. I don't see anyone in particular. The last time I went I asked for a manicure and a shellac pedicure. I watched as the lady used my foot water to clean her utensils after using them on me. The manicure was a disaster I was cut 3 different times I finally said please stop I didn't get any color on the manicure as my fingers kept bleeding. I was just ready to leave. I won't be returning even though they are close to my house.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!
This place deserves NO stars.
Go elsewhere, read reviews and ask others for recommendations but DO NOT your money here!
