Nancy Lovejoy - Re/Max Professional

Nancy Lovejoy is incredible. Cutting right to the chase: She sold my home for basically asking while Louisiana was in lockdown from the pandemic! From our first meeting on, Nancy was generous with her time and expertise, and she never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question, even though I'm fairly certain I had more than one. She has a real gift for staging, and helped me repurpose many of my existing items so the house would photograph and show better (and she was right - my listing averaged close to 100 views a day on Zillow). Nancy's communication style is very clear, and we were in contact basically every day throughout the home selling process. She absolutely kept me sane, and I am so grateful to her for that. It's weird to say that you'll miss your realtor, but I really will. Nancy is a total boss, but is also downright likeable. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
