Ne Plus Ultra Salon

I hate that you had such a horrible experience and that it was SO bad that you felt the need to go to Yelp and place such a nasty review. But in an effort to defend myself and my work let's make sure everyone is clear. In my 15 years of service I have NEVER RECEIVED A BAD REVIEW on any platform and I am the last stylist on earth that would jeopardize the health of your hair. First of all let's not forget that you did not want to pay for the higher quality hair, it was out of your budget, so I offered hair that I had in stock that you fell in love with in my salon. You touched it, ran your fingers through it and approved. As a promo, I offered the hair, installation, removal of your tape extensions and, dying of the hair extensions for a price less the half of what I quoted you during your consult. After I had already dyed the hair, you came into the salon with a DIFFERENT color hair! I then ended up having to dye the hair AGAIN to blend with your new hair color. THEN you came in with tape extensions that clearly had never ever been combed out at the roots. Removal which normally takes 30 minutes took over an hour due to the dreadlocks you had accumulated above your tapes. I even gave you a treatment because of the heavy detangling. You left the salon sending pictures and comments about how much you loved your hair!!
Now with all that said, all of the the dying of the extensions could have jeopardized the bonds on your extensions and possibly the much needed conditioner broke the bonds, but I had nothing to do with you losing hair and what you are not going to do is bash my business. I went above and beyond trying to make you happy, I even offered to rectify the situation by any means necessary including removing the extensions at no cost to you and you refused. I was deeply concerned, I advised you the first week if you felt they were too uncomfortable or bothering you that bad then they werent for you and you needed to come back so I could remove them and come up with another solution FREE OF CHARGE so not to damage your hair and you refused!!!!! You left them in for 3 weeks?? Smh... that's how much you REALLY cared about your hair!
