What a five star guy Adam. Nelson Glass is the perfect call to make for your challenges during tough times! I had an inspection due to clear for my new tenants to move in. But,wasn't able to get through the inspection because of a couple of sealed movable windows. Adam to our rescue. Adam(Nelson Glass) took care of our negative and turned into positive. Being out of town and being able to count on Nelson glass was the most amazing feeling. Adam was really a stand up guy about his work. He definitely made our day as well as put us back on track! Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to replace our windows Adam from Nelson Glass was so professional and helpful. He went to the house and sent me an estimate for the windows, which was very reasonable. They were on time and honest and replaced the glass and locks. The windows are beautiful and good quality. Adam was very nice and generally helpful.

The service was 10 star from start to finish!! The response was within minutes to my request. I spoke with Adam at 1:25. He was at my property at 1:35. He immediately gave me a quote that was far less than the other quotes! . My tenant said he was professional and kind. He immediately removed the window! The window was back and installed in less than an hour!! The same day! He took before pics( I am in another state) after picture and was very, very nice over the phone.

I needed 2 windows in my home replaced due to age and a French door that needed a large middle piece replaced.
Adam came out and gave me the most reasonable quote of all the local companies.
The French door -other companies wanted 2-3 x the amount they charged me to replace the glass in my 80+ year old door original to my home.
They were respectful, on time, reasonable, easy to work with and efficient. I couldn't believe the turnaround on my door. Everything was done and installed within a week.
I would use them again and again! Highly recommend!
