I just needed a simple repair job on a door sensor. Marshall from New Generation Home Pro was quick, responsive, and professional throughout. He answered all my questions (even those that weren't about the repair job itself) and went above and beyond by helping me with functions on my security system that I didn't even realize I had. He also didn't try any kind of hard sell tactics to get me to buy more than he needed, which I sincerely appreciated (that hard sell approach almost always turns me away from a company.) That said, though, he was knowledgeable and helpful enough that I will almost certainly give them my business when I expand my system in the near future.

Marshall is very knowledgeable about every aspect and advises you on what is best for your particular needs. He tries to save you money where possible. He even upgraded the cellular hardware and firmware of my existing security wall pad to bring it up to date. Highly recommend.
