Dr Keith and his staff are amazing. Warm, friendly, patient and professional. Both my kids have terrible teeth and need a lot of work. Dr Keith was able to take care of everything by in one visit and the kids are healing well as if nothing happened.

Miss Jenny and Miss Lexi were very helpful and patient with my kids. The office is organized and appointments were on time and as expected.

Wonderful office experience very timely and made my daughter feel very comfortable. Dentist seemed to really care about her long-term dental health and spent a long time with us!

My 4-year old was due for a dental cleaning, so we were very fortunate to find Dr. Keith Tam at Newport Hills Pediatric Dentistry. This is a newly opened practice, and my daughter was one of his first patients. Office looked brand new and pristine including all the furniture, fixtures and equipment. Front office staff was also super friendly.

During our appointment, Sophie got x-rays and a thorough cleaning. She didn't even cry once which is a huge WIN! It helped that she had something to watch on the overhead screen to distract her, but Dr. Tam was also very patient, gentle and methodical. At the end of our visit, Sophie received a coin to use for a mystery reward from the toy vending machine. Thankfully she didn't have any cavities or complications but as a parent, I sure wish all visits to the dentist could be as pleasant as this one! If you're in need of a pediatric dentist, I highly recommend this practice!

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr Tam today, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.

This is my 4 yrs old son's first time visiting the dentist. Thanks to Dr. Tam's gentleness, the whole process went smoothly. My son was so happy and comfortable, and isn't afraid of visiting the dentist anymore.

The staff are very friendly, they encouraged my son by saying "good job", "you did it", my son felt so proud!! Also, big thanks to Jenny, she patiently answered all my insurance-related questions before our appointment.

My son is 3 years old and was diagnosed with Autism in January. I was very nervous on taking him to the dentist due to his sensory processing disorder but when I came across this dentist I was blown away how awesome the staff and Keith Tam, DDS was! He made my son feel so comfortable, he showed him all the tools that he was going to use, he was singing him "The Wheels on the Bus" to comfort him and kept calling him bubba All in all, it was a great experience for us and we are extremely happy we found a dentist that is not only sweet but takes special needs kids. I highly recommend this pediatric dentist!

Unfortunately my daughter fell and knocked in her baby teeth, it was on a Friday night which was not ideal... Dr. Tam took my call and gave me advice, asked me to text him a picture then he kindly offered to open up on Saturday morning to examine her. We decided to extract the teeth and it went very smoothly... no tears or pain! Dr. Tam was very kind and empathetic to our situation. He even followed up with me the next morning (and it was a Sunday!)

No one likes an emergency but if you're going to have one, Dr. Tam is who you want helping you out. My 2 year old fell and hit his front tooth. We thought it was gone, it's not (long story.. I'll save you the details). From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the kindest front desk staff, dental assistants and saw Dr. Tam right away. Everyone helped with our guy and we were able to take care of everything we needed to (with few *understandable*tears.. he did jam his tooth back into his gum for goodness sake). We were so fortunate to find Dr. Tam and his team. We will for sure be coming back for our checkups and cleanings!

I came here for a sscond opinion because I didn't feel comfortable with my son's previous dentist. I am so glad i came here! Dr Tam was very nice to my son. The staff is super friendly. Dr Tam made my son feel very comfortable. He even explained in detail all the procedure. The office is very clean and pleasant. We are very happy here. Thank you team. Great job at making a child feel comfortable!
