I love the Noire Nails Bar! The staff are very nice, professional, and accommodating. Anna and Tony are the technicians I have used the most. I have never had a bad manicure or pedicure!

It was my first time here today and I don't think I will be going anywhere else!! From the time I walked in the door everyone took great care of me! I got a dip manicure and a gel pedicure.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I got a pedicure and they didn't let me know until I sat down in the chair that they couldn't do the type of style I wanted. Then I requested French tip and the nail tech did the thinnest line to where you could barely tell I had French tip on my toes. I asked her to redo it and she said they didn't have time even though I'm already in the chair.

I let her know I did not like the work that was done and she still tried to charge me full price. I would NOT recommend this nail salon. There are better ones to choose from. They are terrible with customer service, nail designs and running a business overall.

my score is 0. my nail broke at the corner after 3 days. I went by to show them & received no assistance. they said the manager would call & 5 days later nothing. this happened once before & they did re-do my nails. I just don't have time to keep doing this. very disappointing!!

I find all the workers here very friendly, and i like nails noire the nail bar in Waynesville. This shop is clean and neat.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff was very inviting and helpful. Mary did my nails and was wonderful. As I was leaving it began to storm horribly. Peter went into the rain into his car to get an umbrella and walked me to my truck. Amazing service all around. Genuinely nice people.

Anne did a great job on my pedicure. place is wonderful, calling and staff always so nice.

Bean did my dip powder nails. Anna did my pedi. Great job. Beautiful spa. Appointment was made and on time. Spa was clean and professionally run. I'll be back.
