I was stolen!!!
this place is terrible and they didn't finish their job, I picked up my car worst then when I dropped it off!
my rear left break was Burned out and they don't wanna tell me what happened! I have pictures to proof that my breaks were dine and now I have a sxrewe up door with a couple stolen breaks! I don't know what to do!!!

This is the best body shop around. I won't take my car anywhere else. These guys are amazing at what they do and Willy at the front desk is very knowledgeable and helpful. You wont be disappointed!

I shopped around for some competitive estimates on getting some body work done on my car-- Auto-Body North Shore gave me the best one, and stuck to it exactly! They also dropped me off and came to pick me up, since I had no other way of getting to them, AND they finished my car earlier than expected!

That being said, they did miss buffing an area that they said they would fix up, which was disappointing. Still, for the friendly customer service and reliability, I would definitely recommend this place to others looking to get their car fixed up for a reasonable rate!

These guys were extremely helpful. I pulled in with a small concern and they not only helped and serviced my car right away but they did a fantastic job also. They were extremely careful and diligent when fixing the paint on my car. I would highly recommend this company for future body work or anyone who has a car issue

These people are cheaters, be careful! Not only they did a lousy paint work, they also scratched my leather. Stay away

Great body shop with excellent service. Willy, the service manager is amazing. They repaired my kids MB auto very quickly and did an excellent job. I recommend visiting there and talk to Willy for your auto body repairs.

These guys are crooks and have cornered me at getting my repair done only from them.
Since I'd needed the insurance adjuster to arrive for repair estimate, which takes a few days, they charge me $100 a day for storage - came out to $600 even before work began. And when I asked them about saving old part they gave me a hard time because they charge Insurance and me for brand new part when they actually just repair the old.
After this yelp I'm contacting Better Business Bureau to investigate on their operation and hope we can close them down based on fraud.

Over the last year, North Shore has repaired my Acura TSX which was rear-ended by a snow plow, my MDX(a/k/a "The Ding Magnet") and my 2009 Cadillac CTS which the previous owner "repaired" with copious amounts of bond, and made all three look like new. Great service, reasonable prices-definitely the best place on the North Shore to have body work done.

Shoddy workmanship, misleading business practices, SCAM ARTISTS. I had my bumper replaced there. When I got my car back, the shade of paint was slightly off but I decided to let it slide since it was close enough and I needed my car. At that time, though, I was told there was a Lifetime Warranty on the bumper. Couple of months later, I noticed that one corner of the bumper was not attached (it looked like whatever was supposed to attach it to the plastic beneath was simply missing) but, when I took it back to have it re-attached (or attached for the first time!!!), I was told I needed a WHOLE NEW BUMPER! AND--you guessed it--the Lifetime Warranty SOMEHOW did not apply! These guys should be OUT OF BUSINESS. STAY AWAY. STAY FAR AWAY. GO TO ANOTHER BODY SHOP. Let me put it this way: if you're a repeat customer at this place, you're pushing your luck; you WILL GET BURNED.

I was promised the moon, and just got mooned. They were all smiles until I brought the car back with THE PAINT CRACKING AND CHIPPING AFTER 1 MONTH. I was told by the owner, there is no guarantees, even after only ONE MONTH!!!!! I was told I would have to buy a whole new bumper, after THEY screwed up the paint job... I went somewhere else to see how much to fix it, and was told North Shore Collision used some cheap paint and it would cost $800 to fix it...that was after already paying $2500. Too bad, I had alot more work for them to do, I also heard a friend tell me his girlfriend had the same thing happen to her, from NSC...practice makes perfect boys, just no on my car!!!!!!!
