It has been great working with Linn. He worked on building my backyard fence. He did an excellent job and the work was done in a professional and timely manner. He paid attention to details and work on the task with sense of ownership.
I highly recommend his service.

We set a meeting and he never showed up. I understand projects prior to mine may take longer but I contacted him to obtain a response. I arranged another meeting and I will share I was 5 minutes late. He shared he would have the estimate by the next day and I haven't received anything.

Lin was punctual and responsive. He arrived on time and ready to work. We appreciated his time and attention to adding two electrical outlets and disconnecting our kitchen plumbing. I would highly recommend him and will seek additional opportunities for him to help us with our home improvement projects.

A little slow with the scheduling process which is why for the 4 stars, but the final product of sanding and painting our kitchen was excellent. The team made sure plastic covered all my counters and made sure everything was clean when they were done. I know we will be using them for future projects.

Lin was very professional and charged reasonable prices. He removed my old mailbox and post and replaced it with a new one. He ensured it was level and secure in the ground. I'm very happy.

Had to reschedule for an emergency and hour and a half after he was supposed to be here. Did pretty good work. A little sloppy with woodwork but the caulking was great!

Got free estimate over web/yelp, their offer of work came in at best price (best value) for installation of new mailbox post.

I purchased nearly all materials used from a nearby hardware store, contractor even used their own brackets at no additional charge.

Superb work, best value, friendly, work completed on time, can't ask for anything more!!

Lin was honest and handy. He had to fix three leaks and the a electrical socket. His price was very reasonable. We had to wait for him for 10 days, but it was worth the wait. He did a good job!

On June 4th I met with the owner at my home for a quote on replacing/installing a gate in my back yard. He gave me a fair estimate, along with a pic of what it would look like, and said he could install it "next week," meaning (I assumed) June 7-11 2021. Having not heard from him by mid-week the following week, I sent him a message asking for an update. He responded that he was in the "middle of a big project and probably would'nt be able to get to my gate until sometime later in the week and he would get back to me." On Saturday of that week I still had heard nothing from him so I reached out again, and he responded that he would be by the next day (Sunday) to grab a paint chip for paint matching the new gate with the existing fence paint color. I met him at my home the next morning and gave him a paint can of what was leftover from the last time the fence was painted, in the last year. At that meeting, he told me he'd have the gate installed "sometime next week." Next week came and went and I heard nothing from him again, so I reached out to him and once again I got the "I'm busy and will get to your gate next week" response. That next week came and went, and now I sit one month later without a gate and out a half gallon can of paint while the dude has gone completely radio silent on me, despite several messages from me. In the mean time one of my dogs got loose (because of the lack of a gate) and was missing for several tense hours (she was found by a neighbor at the edge of a nearby busy street but is home safe and sound now). I've never experienced this type of thing in my life. If anyone has a reputable fence contractor they'd recommend please let me know. I still need a gate installed.

Update: he finally came out this week to install the gate. It's not quite finished yet but we're close. Hope to finally have it done today (7/10/21). Will post pics of the gate one it's finished.

Lynn was very professional. He came twice to do measurements. His people turned up at the correct time. Also he came to follow up and made sure I was happy with quality of stuff. I would recommend him for any handyman work
