Nu Dentistry

This dental office is so professional. The equipment they use for x-rays etc. for today and the best technology available. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The Dentist is excellent. They took care of all my needs, and I highly recommend this practice.

I felt like this office was disorganized. I liked the dentist but the support staff wasn't my cup of tea. Don't like the scheduling process and lack of prioritizing patient experience. I felt like the visit didn't measure up to the sales pitch.

I have to say that the first time I was here the office staff didn't explain anything, but the gentleman who took my x-rays did a great job and the dentist was through and answered all of my questions. I was confused about what was going on. So I asked for a second appointment to get things clarified and decided to go ahead and get a cleaning of my teeth. The office staff was different and much better at explaining what they were doing, how much I need to pay before proceeding and why they wanted to go this route. I will be back as soon as I can obtain the funds needed. Very nice staff and very clean, modern facility with free parking lot. If you were disappointed before, please talk to the staff and give them a second chance.

Great dentist, absolutely inexcusable awful administration. Lack of business practice and follow up, lack of knowledge of insurance and filing. Best to handle your insurance and filing yourself IF you plan on long term care.

Awful experience. I went to the Cypress location for a consultation in December and was quoted a price I couldn't afford, so I never followed up with them. Camila from their office contacts me in January, offering a "discount" on the treatment quoted in December; I told her I would get back to her to see if I could proceed. This week, I called and asked for Camila, and Megan said she wasn't available but that she could help me. I told her about my conversation with Camila and what I was able to pay. She accepted it and emailed me the treatment plan along with the new discount quote, and I paid a $1500 down payment.
Two days later, I informed them that I was unaware we had dental insurance and wanted to see if using dental made a difference. That is when they began to claim that they had not quoted the entire treatment and that the price quoted was only for braces. According to the invoice, the total amount billed to me was $7000, and the discount offer was $3000, bringing the balance to $4000. They now informed me that $7000 was the total treatment and that the dental would only cover $1500, leaving me with a balance of $5500. What I don't understand is why they would contact me in January to offer me a discount and then tell me that the discount did not cover the entire treatment. I believe they were attempting to defraud me, but only to obtain a portion of the treatment; Megan is the founder and owner of Nudenistry, and she has not admitted to what she clearly signed the new quoted treatment plan. I will remove this review once the owner explains why and how this employee is allowed to treat me as a scammer or thief. This woman owes my daughter and me an apology and acknowledgement for her actions. I don't care if she's the boss; if you went to college, you should have been taught to be ethical.

My new dental home! The office was beautiful. The people were kind and friendly. And my doctor took the time to educate me. I'd highly recommend!

Had two crowns put on today, it had been a while since I'd been to the dentist, I'm new to NU dentistry. Marissa was the dental assistant, she was the best, ever!!! she kept everything suctioned perfectly. I was so comfortable! and so appreciative!!! Great experience, I'd highly recommend!!!

Dr. Samir is a great Dentist. I don't like going to the dentist but he made me feel very comfortable. Throughout the whole procedure, he explained to me everything he was doing. I highly recommend going to Dr. Samir at NU Dentistry San Felipe location.

This has to be one of the best dental practices in the city. From the moment you walk in, until the moment you leave you are at complete ease. Not only is the facility state of the art, brand new, has the latest equipment the staff is phenomenal. You are treated very well and everything is explained to you in detail until you are at ease. The doctors here are amazing they are very nice, expeditious, and very thorough. I personally had an experience with feelings today with Dr. Samir, and he is fantastic. He is gentle, thorough, and very understanding. And most importantly he is very fast. I had two cavities that needed filling and he did them under 15 minutes. The entire time he was talking to me and making me feel at ease. I highly recommend this place for all your dental needs.

If I could tip, I would. This dentistry have a an amazing staff that cares for their patients. Mrs.K and Luis were very gentle and informative about my teeth and dental health. Definitely recommend.
