Ordered the 670 small pizza deep fried pickles and order of wings. The pizza was awsomegreat flavor topping's were substantial. The deep-fried pickles weren't good they were sogy and the breading was pulling away from the pickles. The wings had a over cooked or burnt taste to them. If you are just wanting pizza I would definitely recommend giving this place a chance . I hope that I was just there on a bad day but I would not recommend the wings or fried pickles. Over all the staff was friendly and attentative.

I don't recommend this place. It's crumbling by the day. Not to mention I asked for chicken wings and received chicken tenders and containers of sweet chili sauce. I guess Thai chili wings don't exist here anymore.
The worst part was there were 5 employees and my order said 1:00pm it would be ready. I waited in the lobby the entire time because I had no choice to order online while I was waiting in line to order because the girl at the register was on the phone with a customer, while "trying" to help another in person. She didn't get any help.
I eventually waited until 1:16-1:19pm to received my food. While all this happened two other gentlemen were waiting on pizza for their firm and didn't receive their last pizza and wanted to be compensated. Part of me wanted to ask for my compensation considering I order at 12:38pm. I missed my entire break and was late coming back in office.
I ended up getting sent home because of a slow day and opened my food to this crap. I should have checked it there however I was already agitated and just wanted to leave. Never again am I coming back. The tip I left was not deserved, additionally I picked up and didn't do delivery so the tip was not necessary truthfully. If you do order just get 1 pizza and play it safe.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Amy W.Lexington, KY05Feb 10, 2024
Rough visit. It was our first time and probably our last.
Needed a spot for a semi quick lunch. (Spoiler alert, this was not it)
Now, credit to the staff- when we arrived they were telling customers that there was no server so they were doing carry out only. Alright.
However that should've been a sign that we were in for a bad time.
10 minutes after our order my husband went back up to get our drinks, which he was handed- just 20oz Pepsi bottles.
30 minutes later, no sign of food. One of our 3 items was a salad that was clearly pre packaged.
We actually had to leave without getting food so we could make it to our show on time. Husband waited a few minutes longer than me and got his sandwich and my cheese sticks, which we both ate outside of the theatre and felt sick after shoveling it in.
Pros: the food was decent. The salad was not, but cheese sticks were good and his sandwich supposedly was.
Restrooms were clean. No "public restroom" but we were paying customers. Oh we paid, that's for sure.
For lunch I mostly had my Sierra Mist and some M&Ms from the concession stand at the theatre.
Should've walked out when they said the carry out only thing but we didn't know the area and only had about an hour total. Everything was gonna be tight, we knew that. This was just so much worse than we could have imagined.Helpful 0Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 1 - Jan 8, 2024
This pizza joint was right across my hotel that I was staying at so it as a convenient place to grab a quick bite. I arrived in the evening to grab some take out and the place was empty .
They have an open kitchen concept and staff were super friendly. However, we waited quite a long time for our food. I got a small Hawaiian pizza and it took well over 25 minutes for it to be done, especially when there were no other patrons in the restaurant. After getting the pizza the staff were so nice to also give us some ice water. I think I'd give the pizza itself a 3/5 mostly because it was very salty and greasy. However, I did enjoy that there were lots of pineapples on the pizza along with the crispy crust. Having the pizza the next day cold was also okay.
Would be interested to know how their other food items are as their menu was pretty big. Staff overall was super nice and friendly. Could use less salt on their pizzas in my opinion though.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

Hi Carmen,
We appreciate your feedback on the food and service! Usually during the evenings is when our take-out and deliveries come in higher volumes so it could have taken a little longer to start your pizza due to the online orders.
Also, we have a sweet tomato herb sauce that has less spice to it than our original so if you’re in town and would like to try the Hawaiian pizza again, I would suggest the sweet sauce and it might have a less salty taste :) Hope you will visit us again! - Paul P.Boston, MA051May 2, 2024
Jeff Nicholson is a great great man. Was recommended to go meet him by Johnny Hamcheck and glad I did. Impeccable guy.

We stayed downtown at the Renaissance across the street and wanted a quick dinner after a long day. You couldn't ask for a more convenient location from the hotel itself. Staff was really friendly snd they seemed really busy for a Saturday night. Took a little bit to get our food but we didn't mind. Pizza and garlic bread was solid. Though the sauce placement was lousy all around on the pizza. Some slices barely had any while others had way too much. Wings were nice and crispy. Weirdest thing were the onion rings. Almost a dough like batter on them and they seemed baked. Also they used red onion. Beyond odd. I'd go back again if I was in the area again and nothing else sounded good.

I ordered at 8pm and waited four hours for an order of chicken wings and a salad on a Monday night when they're open until 2am . I called in and they kept sending me to voicemail and then picked up and put me on hold for another hand full of minutes. Then ChowNow didn't do shit to get me anything. Trash Service from the phones to the Manager John and all.

This place was jammin! We were actually concerned that they would be on a wait based on how many cars/people were outside, though we ended up being sat when we came in. The menu is huge and they had quite a bit of good sounding items. The place seems a lot bigger on the outside than the inside, but the ambience is nice. Spacious seating and plenty of TVs.
My husband ordered the garlic Parmesan wings and he said they were delicious. My daughter got the kid's pizza and ate every bite. I ordered the chicken coop wrap and it was good, but was missing some of the ingredients that it said it came with (cheese and onion). The wrap barely had any chicken in it with the majority being lettuce. I actually was fine with that, but just a heads up for those who love their meat! The wrap would have been perfect had it had the cheese and onion!
In all, we would definitely stop back by if we were in the area!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Phil M.Cincinnati, OH2140Feb 16, 2024
Don't recommend. I ordered a medium pizza and cheese sticks for delivery. The wait was almost 2 hours (originally told 45 minutes.). The pizza was not good. Crust was very hard, barely any sauce on the pizza and the cheese tasted like plastic. The cheese sticks were atrocious. You could throw one of them and break a window. Barely any cheese in them and horrible seasoning. I'd steer as clear from here as possible. I tried to call twice to discuss the issues but couldn't even get anyone to acknowledge my call while I waited on hold. I understand a place being busy, but this goes way past being too busy!

We ordered a 14" with 1/2 old world pepperoni and 1/2 mushroom for carryout from the downtown Columbus location. Both sides were WAY too salty. So much so that we each had two slices and then threw out the other half of the pizza.
Adding too much salt simply ruined what was otherwise a well executed pie. The thin crust was baked just right, and distribution of the sauce, cheese and toppings almost all the way to the edges was well done.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
