Excellent service! Very reasonable pricing. I have been using their services for the past 5 years. Never had any issues. Very transparent and they take time to explain everything in detail. Grace at the front desk has always been excellent. Also it's a family run business you can see they are very passionate about their work and enjoy doing it.

This shop came highly recommended. I had the displeasure of my life being put at risk by the hands of their work. They did not quality check the lower ball joint replacement on my vehicle. They left the knuckle unbolted from the upper control arm. As a result, I lost control of my vehicle on the interstate at 60MPH. Luckily, I was able to regain control and pull into the shoulder. They did fix their mistake but hinted that it may not have been their fault. There is a castle nut and cotter pin that holds these components together. It's such a critical connection it is designed with redundancy. I can't in good conscience recommend this shop and potential customers have the right to know their qa/qc program if there is one does not work. I'm glad to be alive and well.

I felt like I needed to share what a great experience I had today . I was impressed with how friendly everyone was as well as honest and respectful. Its really good to see a shop that appreciates their customers and their staff . Good and honest service. They have taken good care of our vehicles. They are upfront with what is critical repairs and what can wait.

The AC died in my '16 Civic, it took calling around everywhere and visiting two other shops before Old Ox Tire & Auto diagnosed and fixed the problem in a day. Super friendly staff and great service, I can't recommend them enough!!

I was driving from out of town on route 267 when my car alerted and started to drive funny. I pulled off at the next exit and by the best luck I ended up pulling into Old Ox Tire. It was 15 minutes to closing (on a Friday!) and I was received with a smile. The damage to the tire couldn't be repaired but they graciously replaced my flat with my spare and got me back on the road. Everyone at the shop was kind and I could not have asked for a better experience. Overall a great, locally owned business with some of the best custom service I've received. Couldn't recommend more.
