I am so happy I found Old Ox! Not only did they quickly fix the issue at hand, they sent a super thorough report card outlining other areas of need with my car but zero pressure to commit. They lay out what could use immediate versus future attention and are really communicative about cost and ensuring you feel really good about the decision you make before opting in or out of services. My car came back to me in great shape. Also every single person I spoke with on the phone or in person was extremely patient and kind! Highly recommend and will definitely be taking my car back in the future.
