Old World Roofing has proven to be unreliable. While they showed up for the initial appointment to assess the damage to our roof, they failed to follow-up with a quote when they promised to do so. Called to inquire on the quote after waiting the first five days. Called again after eight days and were told they were too busy and would try to have someone follow up the following week. Finally after 10 days, had a very aggravating conversation with one of the owners who was very dismissive and frankly unprofessional. We just wanted our quote! I will make sure our friends and neighbors know what our experience was like trying to work Old World Roofing Company

What a great experience! We had John come out to look at our roof (he arrived at 7:58 for an 8am appt) and he quickly assessed the problem, went up on the roof and did a quick fix he predicted would save us a huge job, and didn't even charge us. Hopefully it sticks! Thank you so much!
