Poor excuse for a realtor. I wont bore you with my experience but let me leave you with the basics and whats important like his performance and ethics.
1. Doesn't do what he promises
2. Unprofessional
3. cost us the sale of our house
4. constantly lying regarding the transaction
5. gave us bad advice when it came to picking a buyer since he didnt do a background to see if they were qualified.
6. dishonest practice
7. the escrow company he picks is part his but he says its not. so your transactions do not go thru a neutral party (integrity first escrow)
8. he didn't have our best interest on hand the buyer he got us was part of his scam
9. almost left us homeless and stranded out of state because of his dishonesty concerning our transaction.
Needless to say we got lucky cause someone last minute came to our neighbors door and left their card, we basically called the new buyer and verified they could buy our property. Even after we verified not him us, when we verified and knew they could afford our house Omar advised against it and almost cost us the second buyer too.
My opinion of Omar is very low and I'm disappointed with his performance I would never recommend him not even to my worst enemies.
He promises a lot and turns over very little. we ask to be released from the contract and he held us hostage to it even though we had a lot to loose.
Doesn't care about his clients hes a wolf in sheep's clothing beware of his scam practices

Omar has sold 2 of our homes and represented us with the purchase of our new home. There were times were I thought I was going to lose it and it became very stressful (or so I thought) but Omar always took charge and reassured me that he had it handled and he did! Omar always kept us in the loop of everything and was a great communicator through out the entire process. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sale. Omar and his team are very knowledgeable in subjects like the market, locations, etc.

Omar sucks! this Agent does not get back to you, does not even show a bit of professionalism to let clients know the offer was declined or get back to agents. Do not work with him!

Selling and purchasing a home can be so confusing and complex. When my husband and I decided to sell our home and move out of state, we initially started with another realtor and there was no activity happening on our property. We had an open house every weekend with very few people show up. Finally after wasting a month and a half, I decided to reach out to Omar. Omar quickly answered the question I had for so long, Why is there no activity on my property? The property was a beautiful home in Apple Valley. Within minutes Omar informed me that it was overpriced. After speaking with him, I knew I needed to switch realtors. Omar helped me understand the way a property should be priced and walked me through every step of the way. When I met him, he was so humble and laid back. I knew at that moment we made the right choice. He really knew the area and his numbers were on point! Everything happened so quickly, he scheduled photos that came out amazing (His photographer was super sweet and talented as well), showings were happening consistently, and offers were coming in!

My husband and I had already started moving out of state. Although we were so far away we just knew everything was being taken care of and that we were in good hands. Omar and his team are so wonderful, available, and communicative. I am so glad we were able to close on the property so quickly and all with minimal stress thank to Omar and his team.

I highly recommend Omar and his team for whatever realty services you are seeking. Trust me, you will not be disappointed and he will get the job done!

Omar and his team did everything they could to make selling our house as easy as possible, we ran into some problems along the way but I can honestly say if it wasn't for Omar's dedication our deal would not have gone through! Our buyers loan fell through right at the end of escrow and instead of having us sign the cancellation that the buyers realtor sent over, within 2 days Omar had found them a loan and got everything back on track!! He is extremely professional, friendly, understanding and hard working! I would highly recommend him and his team(I actually already have) to all of my family and friends!! I had a great experience working with Omar. His company purchased my home and Omar assited me with finding and purchasing a new home. Everything went so fast and seamless it was a great.

Working with Omar was a breeze, he helped up find exactly what we were looking for and was on top of everything, he made home buying a easy enjoyable process.

We are torn by what rating to give this company. We loved working with Jordan at the beginning of our house buying adventure, but at the end things changed. As we got closer to the end of the process he seemed to be rushing. We got fewer and fewer answers to our questions and fewer returned phone calls. We lived pretty far from where we were purchasing a home. So we left the final sign off on the house to Jordan. NOTHING was completed off of the list and by the time we did see our home escrow had closed. We are now stuck with a leaking water heater, a scratched hardwood floor---where they dragged the stove in, a rotting porch roof, a rotted out cabinet under our kitchen sink...and many other pre-closing items that were supposed to be fixed. If you think the warranty will fix everything...think again. The warranty actually covers very little. For the water heater, they only cover $250 out of a $1000+ bill--and that is just one example. I guess it is our fault for not checking it ourselves...but we trusted Jordan...the real estate agent who we thought was working FOR us. So I guess the point of this review is don't trust....follow up on everything yourself to make sure that things that are promised prior to the closing of escrow, are in fact really done!!
