I Have come to this salon for many years! I always appreciate that they value your time and don't make you wait when you have appt. They do a great job!

Sad thing happened, Jenny retired...

Jenny's facials were always incredibly relaxing and complete from initially washing my face, to exfoliation and microderm, to the cool mask and all of the various lotions in a dimly lit relaxing room with relaxing music playing; I always felt like a new person when leaving. The new girl, Lisa, is also very nice but doesn't come close to the services Jenny provided. Maybe in time if she can follow Jenny's recipe but that rarely happens. Not sure if I will return or I have to adjust my expectations.

First time I had a bad experience at a nail spa . This is the Ontario ranch nail spa at Ontario near Walgreens and chase . I came to have a pedi/ mani and I said I want the lady that did my nail before. So I log in in their book and out the name of the manicurist . A couple of minutes later, the manicurist called me and sat me in their chair and started doing my nails . To my surprise suddenly the manager came and approach me and scolding me that I told him I have an appointment , because there is another client that has an appointment.I told him I did not say I have an appointment I just said I want certain person to do my nails . He kept repeating and scolding me so I told him and the manicurist to stop doing my nails and do the other client . I am willing to wait . But the manicurist decided to just finished her work with me . Looking at the review I didn't know that this has been happening . The manager has been rude to client and to staff . This is not a good business . Don't come to this place . Client and staff should be respected .

These people need training please don't go! I asked my nails tech to fix them because they were just bulk of dip in each nail. Save your money!!!

Lisa is highly educated to provide many different types of services! She has received many years of on-going formal education and has numerous certifications to provide professional skin care services and permanent make-up. I would highly recommend her, since I have been a customer for more than 10 years. She has personally trained others in the salon to do the same quality of services. Lisa provides a tranquil environment for relaxation and takes pride in making you look and feel good about yourself. I look forward to my appointments. She also does eyelashes and nails, but her skin care services and permanent make-up are her speciality, and she does it very well.

I had an excellent hour long facial with Lisa. I highly recommend it. I already booked my next appt.

I love my nails by Amy!! this was my second time getting my nails done by her and she is consistently kind, hard working, professional, and talented.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I've been a customer here for years and put up with Hoa's, owner and nail tech, nasty ass attitude because I hate change, but today was the last straw. The customer service is awful. The way he speaks to his customers is rude, inconsiderate, and inappropriate! I got my nails done by him recently, and one of the nails cracked in the middle. I called and asked if he could fix the "ONE" nail for me sometime today because I'm leaving town tomorrow morning on vacation. He advised me that he and his other staff members were all booked, and none of them could fix the one nail that's HIS work. Them being booked wasn't the issue. It's his lack of willingness to EVER be accommodating to their clients. He was rude and told me, "You can go somewhere else". The problem is, he often makes the "you can go somewhere else comment" and today was the last time he'll get the opportunity to tell me that as a former loyal customer. They have very limited staff here. So, they can hardly ever service walk-ins. He acts like he couldn't care less about whether customers patronize his business or not, which is why they're always "too busy" but the shop is always "empty". I'm taking my money and business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same. As a customer spending your money, you have the right to be treated with care, concern, and respect, none of which you'll ever receive at this shop. Good riddens! Remember that there are nail shops on damn near every corner. You've got too much competition to think you can treat people like crap and afford to keep telling them to take their business elsewhere.

I've came here at least 4 times. Only once have I experienced a good "nail-day" at this salon. I came in today specifically requesting a "manicure with dip." I was sat done pretty quick. The person helping me was very nice. My complain comes from the actual service. I requested a manicure + dip power. As I sit down the female attending me begins working on my nails by removing the previous dip I had on my nail. The entire time I am sitting on the chair the "nail-tech" is removing the dip & placing the new dip color I requested. Not once did she cut my cuticles or anything. I basically came to remove the previous dip color and then they replaced it with a new color. I paid $50.00 + I still gave her a tip. I love receiving a hand massage which was not given at the end. Instead she placed the "cold-gel" because my hands did not go under the UV-light. She left to start working on someone else & came back placed some oil on my hands rubbed the oil all over my hands. The proceeded to tell me I can go wash my hands. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I will not be coming back. Once I paid I asked for the brochure where it explains what you're paying for when you request a service of a manicure and I paid for something that was not provided. Their brochure is false advertisement! I asked for a manicure not just a dip removal & for them re-dip my nails.

When this place opened it was great, now it's just too overbooked and customer service isn't what it used to be. No drink offered, manager seemed irritated, felt like I was bugging them even with an appointment. My regular nail lady left and now it seems like I'm done with this place too.
