Opus Bistro advertises itself as an upscale restaurant but the food is not of high quality and not prepared well. There is obviously a cook but definitely not a chef. The waitstaff is inexperienced. This is a shame because it is located in a nice area and a high end restaurant is sorely needed in the area. many of the dishes are the same as the tired Opus Ocean menu. Our experience was a big disappointment and we cannot recommend it.

Great food and service at Opus Bistro. The seafood offerings were superb, I'd recommend it for special occasions!

So after we left the boat party on Houston Party Boats, we came here to eat dinner. It had to be around 1130 and they close at 12 and our food was still hot and delicious. I was expecting something microwaved and to my utter surprise everything was freshly prepared, even our PASTA!! I will definitely go back during the day so I can view the harbor while we dine. Very nice!!

Good Food and nice view of marina. Long walk from parking, but worth the walk. One person was a vegan and they were very accommodating.

Opus is one of the few upscale dining choices in the League City, Clear Lake area. I've never had a bad meal at Opus, however, I do believe the menu is a bit overpriced.

Terrible food. Raw steaks. Cold vegetables. Bad service. Steaks were cold and dry. Asked for beer and got it warm.

Delicious with superb service. Opus pasta was very good. The rest of our group ordered Chicken Alfredo and tomato soup. Wedge salad; everything was very good. It is a super nice restaurant but they were ok with us in jeans and graphic tshirts.

Food is excellent. Quiet atmosphere. This is a place where you DINE. Slow down enjoy your dinner company. Have conversation. Leave enriched. Enjoy..

Both Opus Restaurants have been disappointing, but Opus Bistro was the worst of both. The crab cake was slightly larger than an Oreo cookie, served at room temperature, and smelled awful. The Red Snapper, shrimp, and crab plate was served the same way. The shrimp were "rubbery" leaving a feeling that it was microwaved. Finally, walking through a dark, unlit, unoccupied restaurant to get to this one is a terrible customer experience. Very, very disappointed. Over-rated and over-priced.
