I waited 5+ months to write a review after going through one of the toughest times of my life- and that's not even including the pandemic and lockdown- when escaping to have a cigarette was my joy and my comfort- and after one session I was done. You actively participate in your own re-wiring and if you are ready, it works. Cold turkey.

First of all I have been a smoker for 35 years my health has been questionable at times because of my smoking I've tried patches gum the Chanticleer. the Wellbutrin I've tried them all nothing seem to work until I started reading about Hipnosis and Joe I did a lot of thinking read a lot of reviews and decided it was something to try Monday morning on Presidents' Day February 15 at 7:30 was my last cigarette my session started at eight and was over by 930 I have not picked up a cigarette sense I seem to be liking food a little more than normalBut if you truly want to quit smoking and truly tune in to what Joe's tells you and where he takes you on your path to quit smoking I recommend this 100%Thank you Joe

I feel the urge to leave a review for Joe. I had finally convinced my husband to make an appointment with him. My dad became a non smoker thanks to Joe also, so he was highly recommended. But I have been begging my husband for 2 years to stop smoking and it's been an ongoing process with him trying patches and saying he would quit and he just couldn't do it. Two years of him "trying"! He had smoked a pack a day for the last ten years. He saw Joe 1 month ago today and since then he has not smoked ONE cigarette! Pure magic. My husband and I cannot be more thankful for this experience. I can't believe hypnosis is not more widely used. It is so amazing. Thank you again, Joe.

I literally walked into Joe's office a smoker and left a non smoker.

I went in skeptical but didn't really know what else to do about my nail biting. I've been a nail biter for over 20 years and have tried multiple things to stop, which includes my parents doing what they could when I was young. At most, as far as I can remember, I've only been able to stop for 2 weeks and really struggled to get to that point. I went in to see Luke 4 weeks ago today, and I have not had any urges to bite my nails. Last week I clipped them for the first time. And as a bonus, my confidence level has gone up as well. Luke was great. It was like a miniature therapy session but with a quick solution to my problem. I totally recommend doing this if you have a subconscious problem you want to deal with.

In all seriousness, if you are dealing with a habit that you can't seem to get rid of, or if you have some sort of blockage with something (like me), Joe can help you - and often in just one session (as in my case). I had a huge wall up with learning Spanish. I just couldn't seem to get over that hump of fluency. It's been about a week and a half since my session and everyone (especially myself) has noticed a HUGE change in my speaking ability. It turns out I know WAY more than I thought I did, but I was so afraid that I was going to say something wrong that I didn't say anything at all. I've been completely fearless this last week and a half and I've broken through that wall that I had up. I can't explain how it works, I just know that it does.

Just wanted to update my review since I have been on my flight. I completed 2 10 hour flights without the usual panic I had been having before when I got on a flight. I would recommend this treatment to anyone that needs to get over the fear of flying.

To be completely honest, I came into my meeting with Luke with no expectations.
