I went in for a take off and gel pedicure and manicure. Pros- ask for Lynn, I would give her 4 stars. She was quick and did my toes well. Overall things were quick and cheap.
Cons - I was not asked about what kind of pedicure I wanted. I didn't get a foot bath, any kind of scrub, no foot scraping or wax, etc. Lynn just cleaned my toe nails, trimmed them, and then painted them. I would have gotten a better package if asked. Also the foot bath was not lined and she did quickly rinse my feet, red flag.
The worst thing was the lady that did my nails. I am not sure of her name. She hurt me multiple times trying to take off my full set. Another tech had to come correct her. Once my set was off she gave me a very basic manicure and cut me while trimming my cuticles twice. I would describe her service as careless and very sloppy.
This place is only good if you're on a budget or maybe in a hurry.

I am not happy. Cuticles were very damaged, the shellac is falling off after only two days, and the manager is giving me a runaround for the refund. She throws me sob stories when all I am trying to do is get a refund on the terrible service provided. Ridiculous.

I wish I had looked on yelp before investing money into this company. Very disappointing and over priced. I don't see why I spent $75 for tan Polish. The Polish isn't even done that we'll and they cut my cuticles to where it stings now. My pedicure doesn't look the best. Save your money or do it yourself. Probably will turn out better..
Don't you just love how much shit they talk about you too? I went back to speak with a manager, I got an "what do you want" attitude. Then they just speak in their native tongue, who knows what.

I went today to replace my SNS nails that i usually get done at a salon closer to my job. I have only recently discovered this technique and love how it preserves my thin nails so that they can grow...i selected two colours and nail tech did my nails very quickly and efficiently...i was really impressed with her. I asked how long she had been doing the SNS and she told me 3 years... Overall it was a great experience and i would definitely go back...selection was also really good.

Oh o forgot to mention that i inadvertently hit one of the nails while the tech was doing them and created a dent. I didn't mention it but she corrected it right away without me having to say anything...great service...also all of the staff was really nice!

I value good customer service. Linda takes time and do my nails without rushing on to the next client. Everyone show great customer service regardless of who does the work. I look forward to a warm cup of Vietnamese coffee or green tea.

Spent 2 hours here and had to pay before my service was done ($60 including tip). I asked for (pic #1) and got pic (#2) it was so embarrassingly bad that I had to paint my nails as soon as I got home. Would not recommend whatsoever.

I have been coming here for several years now- it is even a bit of a drive for me, but well worth it. Julie and her staff offer exceptional and friendly service. My nails are always perfect and last for about 3 weeks! The establishment is clean and well organized and they offer a wide array of services.

So unprofessional! Made my cuticles bleed, pretended was nothing wrong. Also tried to sell you literally every product out there!! Stay away by all means!!

If Zero stars was an option that's exactly what I would give this facility. I received a Thia massage for Christmas, so I was pretty excited about getting it done because I've never had one before! This was the WORST massage I have ever received in my life. I called to schedule an appointment, no answer, the website was shut down, so I went to the spa. I was told to make an appointment because no one was there. I left, received a call about 10 minutes later and said we can do it now. I decided to turn around and go back. I definitely wasted 50 minutes of my time with this. It wasn't even an hour, the massage therapist had no idea what she was doing. Stay away from this place! HORRIBLE!
