If we could give them a zero, we wood. Our condo association had them bid for the staining for the decks and stairs at our condo, starting with the unstained portions of the decking. When they finally got started the job was so bad we had them stop work immediately. The owner or GM (Sam) came out and told us this was not her typical crew and that she would get her regular team on the job. We even received a note from Organic Family Solution admitting the work was sub-par and asked if we would stay with them as they will correct the situation. This never happened as winter set in and we had to live with the mess of staining they left us with. Tried to get them out here in early spring when we had a break in the weather, they told us the wood was too wet. We had them drop off the stain so them condo owners could at least get started and asked for a refund on some of the initial 50% deposit. Got a response back that they are shutting down the business and "do what you have to do to try to get your money back". It still looks like they may be in business so watch out for these guys.
