Oscar responded to me quickly and came out to look at one of my fountains that no one could get working . He trouble shot the job and ordered a new pump. He moved an outlet and reset the timer. My fountain is finally working! That makes me so happy! Will definitely use Oscar again for any electrical problem. Nice guy too.

Oscar and Flavia were great to work with. Responsive with changes and willing to take the time to talk through different options for the best result. A small business that doesn't treat the customer like a number. I will be using them again for future electrical needs!

Hard wired smoke and carbon monoxide detectors have an expiration date... who knew! Great scam when they have 8 in your home in CA! & they go off during the night!!

Came back from LAX at 2am, after a 4 hour delay from MIA to shrill chirping. Changed the battery it continued...Watched YouTube to find a solution till 3am, vacuumed it as per the video. Reset.., No Luck!

Called my contractor who didn't want to show up on Sunday!! So after a day of torture and my poor mom whose room the freaking detector was right outside had to endure the loudest torture.

The wiring was also difficult to dismantle, so I couldn't do it. Handy Hubby was traveling too :(

Finally I went on YELP and input my issue into a virtual format. Within 15 minutes, I had a response from OZVIA Electric who sent amazing Oscar to the rescue. He ended the high pitched chirping torture and will replace all 8 expired detectors, this week and did me a solid deal on the Emergency call with a credit towards my remaining work.
