NEVER AGAIN I will use this mover. Very disappointed and will be filing a complain with Better Business Bureau.

1) You were late both days - Saturday you came at 11:30am instead of 8:30am. Sunday you came at 8pm instead of 1pm as planned. Any calls made to you resulted in - yes the movers will be there within the hour. All lies. There were many people involved - not 1 point of contact. Mike, Luc, Bryan, Danny, few other people I did not get the name.

We had people waiting for you - I missed my son's birth day party on Saturday because you could not provide me with exact time you be there. There were people waiting at Mississauga office since 1pm. Unacceptable.

2) You did not reassemble ANY furniture at destination as promised. Your movers were complaining of fatigue.

3) We instructed your movers in Montreal what was going where. 50% of items got mixed up - so now we have to hire another moving company to move stuff around.

4) Movers in Montreal were complaining about how heavy some items were and had to be convinced for 1 hour to move the table that they deemed was too big to pass. Had to fight them on that.

5) Things that got moved were massacred - monitor screens broken, tables somehow ended having holes in them, etc.

But the most horrible thing is - noone yet called and apologized for this butchered move. This is unacceptable behaviour. Luc just switched off his cell phone so not to deal with the drama.

SERIOUSLY, DO NOT MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY. Do not move with this company. You will regret spending your money with them. Horrible service, lots of hidden charges, poor customer service, worst moving experience I have had. Never again.

Worst experience ever.
They were late.
They complained about size and weight the entire time.
They over charged us.
They even charged us TWICE and still haven't paid us back after 2 weeks of calling them every day.

Never again.

Do not work with this company. Incredibly unprofessional and to this day they keep calling my phone either pretending they don't know I "cancelled" or trying to take a $300 deposit from me from not moving forward in signing a contract with them. Changed movers over a month before moving because they had failed to provide ANY details prescribed by the law in relation to my move and still called to ask for a deposit (the horrible online reviews where they're reported to have either been super late, behaved unprofessionally, broken people's stuff without compensating them and charged hidden fees helped too). At first, I was called twice by different employees telling me they had attempted to take my deposit AFTER I had told them I would not be working with them. Then I received a third call from them where a man tried to tell me I owed them money because I had cancelled my move in June (we are in May and no contract had been signed). These people will use any means possible to take your money from you, even if they don't actually work for you.

I used this service on May 29, 2020 to move my little 2 bedroom condo in a garage and it was the worst move I've ever experienced. The movers only spoke Spanish, they didn't understand French or English. The truck broke down and afterwards they seemed to just be talking and taking their time. It took them 50 min to carry down the fridge, only 2 guys seemed to work while the third guy had his hands in his pockets. It seems while they were waiting for the mechanic they decided to stall and prolong the moving experience. This was during COVID-19 and nobody was wearing a mask or gloves. They dropped the back board to the bedroom set in the stairwell and it broke. Once the truck was fixed they just had to drop everything in garage storage and somehow the move took 6.5 hours. I've been trying to explain my dissatisfaction and they just ignore me and take no responsibility. They charged us 1000$ for a move that should have been half the price

Great movers! The two movers I had didn't complain about the four flights of stairs up to my apatment, moved quickly without any breaks, and were careful with all of my furniture (including a glass desk). They were professional and courteous despite being quite tired from the busy moving season. The price was fair and they moved quickly. To top it off, they were kind enough to travel across the city at the end of a long day to drop off a forgotten table leg at my door after the move.

Moved over a month ago, they damaged many pieces, and they have not repaired or provided any compensation! Never call me back as I have been chasing them like crazy. One of the three men hired did practically nothing except talk all day, even the other two workers complained about him constantly. The other workers even told me that no one liked working with the driver as he was lazy and they admitted that I would end up paying too much for our move due to his work ethic (or lack of). Paid $1,400 for a move that should never have cost so much. Still do not have a receipt as proof of payment (I have requested one many times), though I do have a picture of the driver who made a fan out of all the 20 dollar bills we paid with. Do not waste your time with this company, choose anyone else!!!
