First to Review
Selected Patriarch to replace a couple of 30+ year old driveway pads. One year later and the 'new' outdoor pad looks as bad as the 30 year old pad did. Sidewalk and other two driveway pads poured 16 years ago still look almost new. Diagnosis: Poor quality cement with a superficial skim coat. Response from Patriarch: its my fault. This is normal and nothing we can or will do about it.
