PAYWAND Medical Centre - Walk-in Clinic & Family Practice

This is a hidden gem that recently opened.

Not only is this place open on Sundays (!!) it's also open late at night for those of us who can't get off work during the day to go to the doctors.

It makes so much sense I'm really surprised more places don't do it.

The doctor here is amazing and the services they offer are really above board. They do a lot of things that the other walk-in clinics in the area do NOT do, like on-site blood testing.

I walked in on a Sunday after cutting my hand to hell washing a glass that broke, to see if I should go to ER to get stitches or if I was ok.

The doctor fixed me right up, cleaned up the wound, bandaged it all, and had a tetanus shot all ready to go. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

The only downside to this place is the parking is in the rear and it's easy to miss the entrance to the parking. Just look it up on Maps before you go and you'll see you can just wrap around the back and there's a ton of parking.

My wife took on the doctor here as her full time doctor and is over the moon with him so far.
