Perez Lawn Care

Perez lawn care has been doing my mom's lawn for the last couple of months. The owner of the company is very conscientious about the work that his employees do. I really was impressed when I first met him because he carries himself very professionally He really cares about doing a good job and it's obvious he wants to grow his business, customer service is very important.
The first time Perez landscaping did our yard. They were a couple of little things that I pointed out needed to be done better. He listen to what I had to say. no excuses. No arguing. No bad attitude. Just wanted to make it right. After that, we've never had a problem. We will continue to use Perez landscaping for the foreseeable future. I may even use their services myself as it's difficult to maintain my house with so many other responsibilities to deal with. Definitely comes highly recommended.

We needed removal of 9 trees and 10 smaller plants. I contacted this company through Yelp and Antonio was very responsive and friendly. We were able to set up an appt for the same week. Antonio and his crew were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast workers. They not only removed everything but they also cleaned up the area, used a leaf blower on the rest of the yard and washed down the area! They hauled away everything as well. We are very happy with the service we received. And their prices are really fair! Highly recommend their services - great service, good quality, and good value.

I only had a clean up service but I wasn't able to have a real experience of the work. Apparently they are two different things. They took the big weeds out, sprayed the small ones. But they left tree leafs under all the plants and they never clean the fern from the neighbor that is coming over my side even after I asked them.

I hired Perez Laen Care after I neglected my flower beds for a good 6 months. I was overwhelmed with Christmas so I decided to pick a professional. They were seriously overgrown. They arrived on the day I needed. I would had taken several weeks to do what they did in a matter of hours! With a small extra charge they hauled the trash away too. So glad I hired them. Will use them again in the future.

Best service I've had in a while. Perez Lawn Care responds within minutes and showed up the next day for a clean up. I was satisfied with the work and they have continued to maintain my property at its best.

I had Antonio come the other day with his helper they were super helpful he cut my orange tree and made it look great, everyone should call
Him and hire him he knows what's he doing I would call him again to cut my orange tree.

I hired Antonio to do my mom's lawn. He showed up the first 3 times, was supposed to take care of all the weeds, which I paid him in advance to do. The weeds were not all pulled, I told him he could do a little each time. Was supposed to cut the grass 3 weeks ago and Antonio was a no show. I've reached out to Antonio via text and he has not responded. I guess I'll need to look for someone else at this point. I'm very disappointed at the lack of response and for being a no show.

Update: After posting the above review, Antonio sent me a text, no explanation of reason he didn't go cut the grass 3 weeks ago, basically said I can look for someone else. He offered to reimburse me the cost of the three times he went to cut the grass, and the reimbursement came within minutes. I will give him 2 stars for reaching out and giving me a reimbursement, although, that's not what I was seeking. I was happy with his lawn service, I'm just perplexed as to why he chose to not continue to do business with me.

I hired Antonio to trim some bushes, and my lemon tree. I noticed the tree was trimmed unevenly and just thought I wouldn't use him again. A few weeks later however I examined the tree to see if the lemons were turning yellow and on the left side of the tree and towards the back I was shocked to see that almost half the tree was gone. He refunded me the money I paid him for the lousy job in trimming the tree, however I made it clear to him that doesn't exempt him from paying for the damage to the tree. Weeks later I came home to find that half my tree had fallen to the ground, and most of it was in my neighbor's yard. I called Antonio and told him what happened, and that I needed to get a professional tree trimmer to come out. I found a guy who was licensed, and insured and knew what he was doing unlike Antonio. He said the tree fell because of the weight imbalance due to the huge part of the tree that was missing. He removed all the loose and fallen branches and threw them in the wood chipper. Antonio said he would pay that bill, but didn't think he was liable for the damage to my tree because I "still had a live tree" referring to the half that was left. That's akin to me hitting his car causing damage to the body, and refusing to pay because his engine still runs.
I sent him the bill, and never heard from the Roadrunner again. He didn't pay for anything. Not only is he incompetent, but clearly lacks integrity. Find someone who will man up, and accept responsibility for his wrongdoing.

So Anthonio is a very hardworking young man and managed to clean up the front part of our town house a few days after his assessment. He is also very knowlegable on how to return dormant / dying vegetation to good health. I'll recommend him to anyone looking for a competent Lawn care services provider.

Antonio and his worker did a great job! Efficient, tidy, accommodating and thorough. I recommend them highly and will call them again in the future.
