I'm becoming a regular. Short wait times when I visit. Friendly service. Conveniently located on Pecan St. Recommend to give this place a try.

Appt. For 2 at 3:00. First appt. Started at 3:20. Second person had to wait until 3:55. Paid for 1 hour and 10 min. Pedicure and only got 30 minutes. Last service was maybe 20 minutes. Nice ladies but really lousy timing. Services were only adequate. Never go back.

Lee provided great service with attention to detail that I asked for. As stated before during my first visit I enjoyed the vibe and music selection during my service.

This is my third time going to the salon and every time I got Lee and she is amazing! I love the conversation to the work she does!

Haven't had my nails done with acrylics for years. I decided to head in on September 14 to get it done. I made the appointment online with Steve for 11:30am. Got there a tad early and he was with someone still. I figure, no problem because I'm early. 30 freaking minutes passed my scheduled time and he was finally done. I didnt have anything going on so I just brushed it off. While he did a decent job, it was rushed because his next appointment was coming. He apologized for running late as the previous lady wanted designs. Honestly, that's not my problem. When you book, you let them know exactly what needs to be done. He should have told her that he couldn't. At the end, didn't push my cuticles back and I knew that when they'd grow, it would look like a months worth in two weeks when we scheduled my fill. Whatever right. So when I go for my fill, I pushed my own cuticles back just to ensure they'd look right. My appointment was at 10am. Got inside at 9:58 and he had a lady in his chair already. Wtf. Idk if she lied and said she was his appointment but that already pissed me off. Another lady was there and she prepped my nails for the next nail tech that was late coming in. I had no issue with her. She was great. I go home and by the next morning, there was a crack where the tip was. I was like great, I must have done something. I make an appointment to come in and I was all set on paying and everything. The lady said she'd fix it but only put new nail polish on it. I asked her if it would really be ok with the tip cracked, she said it's fine. She didn't want to charge me but I ended up tipping her for the service. But by the afternoon, the whole tip came off. I called and the lady said to just come in the next day to fix it. Again, I don't mind paying for it. It was probably on my end. Steve saw me and seemed super irritated after I told him what happened. He was really aggressive filing it down that it burned like hell. I thought he was going passed my nail bed. I flinched and took my hand and told him it burned. Only then did he turn it down. Then proceeds to tell me that when I get a refill, that's what they're responsible for. Not the tip. I said I know but I am going to pay for the service of fixing it. With attitude, he said no, I didn't need to pay. I ended up tipping anyway because I'm not a d***.

So, I'm good. This place might be great for others, but I will go elsewhere. Didn't care for the attiude when I was more than nice about everything.

Marvelous experience! Came with two daughters for girls outing. We did pedicure level four and highly recommend!

Lots of reasons I'd go back with just a couple that wouldn't keep me away but are a bummer.

Reasons I'd go back:
1. Super efficient (at least steve was with his magic drill!)
2. Overall, my nails are just how I like them (just a couple ended up with some extra product underneath and one is slightly uneven on top)
3. Convenient to get to - right in a good area for coffee or lunch before/after
4. Speaking of the magic drill, I left with no cuts! And Steve was nice enough to show me by putting the drill to his hand to explain why it doesn't cut

Reasons I'd hesitate going at any other time besides right at open or mid-week:
1. Like a previous review mentioned, even though I had an appointment (that their system beautifully reminded me of), I think I only sat down right away because I was first to walk in when they opened
2. It wasnt a super relaxing experience; loud, busy, lots of hustle and bustle. I assume it's worse as the day goes on and on the weekends. If you don't care about aesthetics or phones ringing and ppl walking around constantly then these things obviously wouldnt affect your choice to come!

Overall (for me) : 4 Stars!

Steve is absolutely amazing! My nails never looked better! Always squeezes me in, and does amazing job! Super friendly staff!!

This is the best nail salon in the Round Rock, Pflugerville, Hutto area. Steve is amazing. If you take a picture of a design you like, he can do it. Their products are never old. if one does happen to be discovered, they will throw it away. They use quality products.

The ladies that do pedicures have magic hands!
I usually get my nails longer so I was a bit concerned, but I had NOTHING to worry about! Any shape, any length, they can do it!

My first and only nail spot! Honestly I haven't really been disappointed with the results here! If you're not afraid to speak up and tell them what you want, you will get results every time! I search high and low for reference photos and create new concepts and no matter who I get, the product is delivered. I do walk ins every time because there's not really a formal appointment system that is reliable, but I've just accepted that as part of the process. Everyone is super friendly. You can talk or not! I usually read or just walk the techs work while listening to the Celine Dion radio play on repeat. The waiting chairs feel like they're trying to slide you out of them, but the tech table chairs are pretty comfortable. It's really all apart of the charm of Pfinesse. Don't tell them it's your birthday or they might publicly sing to you and flash their led lights. Coming from a big city to a small town, the charm of this place is just quintessential small town vibes. I am happy to pay the very reasonable prices because they do good work. I can't recommend enough!
