Pharaoh Smoke Vape & Phone repair

Bad Business! Since going to pharaoh vape in Hoover I've felt cheated and felt attacked! I came in today 12/19/20 and purchased two bags and 5 pack of game leaf. I gave the girl Sarah $20.00 and she gave me change.I put them in the glove compartment of my car at noon when left the store. I went home and from there to my apartment here in Hoover I didn't touch them. I go to pick my girlfriend up and get gas and my debit has fallen out. I couldn't find it so I canceled the card and have to wait on a new card from the bank. I tried to take it back and luckily Sarah was still there. She took the bag to the manager but he said no even with my receipt. The manager didn't even come out to tell me face to face I couldn't get a refund. Walking out I felt helpless and cheated. I called the owner 347-324-2736 and he was very loud when I asked to speak him, he told me why was it his problem and talked over me not even letting me explain my situation. He attacked me as I soon as I said refund. I didn't want leave a malicious review but that wasn't right how they dismissed and stormed on the customer. Bad business!

Cool shop, small selection but the worker didn't know what guage any of the mouth pieces were so I didn't buy anything incase it won't fit my piece.

The customer service is great and they are very knowledgeable :) love it!!! Definitely would recommend!
