Horrible experience all around. The tech cut me twice. When I said "I'm bleeding" as a warning (assuming no one wants to touch a stranger's blood) and she said "I know" (no apology) and proceeded to pull something out of the drawer to put on it, which burned. She might cut people regularly.

Manicure itself was horrible. Didn't look great but then 7 of my nails smudged, like rubbed off, and got an imprint from anything. This was happening 4-5 hours after leaving. It's like the polish was too thick.

When I called the same day, there was zero apology for cutting me or that my nails looking awful. I came back the same day to get them fixed, no apology or acknowledgement and instead blamed me for getting a regular manicure and then not waiting long enough to dry even though I dried for over 15 minutes (I set a timer).

Fixed some of my nails even though I said maybe we should try a different polish. They made me wait 25 minutes to dry. I left and the same exact thing happened still the same day.

I've been getting my nails done regularly, every 2-3 weeks, for twenty years and have never had a problem. Also they're pricey to be this low quality. A regular manicure is $25 and then it's $5 more if you want an almond shape - I have never heard of being charged to pick the shape of your nails.

Aria was the best! Had a dip mani and no chip pedi. She did an amazing job!!! The salon is lovely and the margarita was a pleasant surprise!

Phillip and Trianna are definitely professionals I'm always very pleased with my nails...they know what I want pink n white gel which I've been doing for decades...they delivered with flying colors gorgeous salon clean comfortable and the margaritas are amazing..I'm always going to go there

Amazing my sisters come here and I came here before months ago and finally came back and they are amazing really nice, my sister messed up my appointment (her own fault) & they saw me as a walk in not a long wait at all and they are so nice. My pedicure was amazing my feet feel and look amazing. This is my go to nail salon for sure!

They responded promptly and offered me a great. discount for next time and apologized on the employees behalf.

The last two times I have had my nails done they chipped within a few days and I'm not doing anything to cause this

I had trianna and she was so amazing!!! She did my nails perfectly and the price was much cheaper than other places in the area.

After moving back to the area, I was struggling to find a nail salon that was thorough, clean, and relaxing. Phillip's exceeded all my requirements! Lily does an excellent job, takes her time, and is thorough! I even brought my son here after USMC boot camp to refresh his beat-up Lambo-feeties!

I had a fantastic experience, very clean, friendly and professional! My manicure came out beautifully and has lasted longer than any I've had before. Don't hesitate to give these folks a try.

My daughter and I went there for the first time people were very nice the pedicure could have been longer they didn't put any cream on and do much massaging on the legs my daughter said they charged her 10.00 to clip her cuticles everywhere I have been it's usually included in the mani we left good tips but we were a tad disappointed
