Such a convenient service to use during covid for blood draws, urine testing, covid antibody testing at the comfort of your homes backyard. They mask up and take extra precautions and respectful of your request.

Only deducting one star because if the First Lady I interacting wasn't responding to my messages and calls. I think that lady doesn't work there anymore. The encounters after we're all quite pleasant.

As far as employment. When I tell you these people completely ghosted me, I was completely hurt by it. Especially of the fact that the founder, CJ Johnson, offered an opportunity when I was ready. They [he] gave me the run around. Then to finally have him connect me to one of his supervisors or whatever his title was, only to continue the run around and given false hope. It wasn't my job performance or anything negative on my end, and I'm confident about that. Pretty sure these reviews are for customer review purposes but anybody digging for more info about this establishment, I wanted to put this out there however and wherever. Really disappointed that they crush and individial's opportunity (me) the way they did. Very unprofessional on their end.

Excellent service, from answering the phone right away, to online messages and emails.

Not only was Kristin on top of everything at all hours (even going out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of), but their technician was professional, caring, and had a very "light" hand, making the blood draw painless.

I highly recommend this awesome, affordable service.

Quick response and friendly customer service. Once you sign up, the company will send you confirmation via text. On the day of your service, they will give you a status re: when the phlebotomist has left/ will arrive, and has arrived. We were relieved we didn't have to wait in a stuffy lab room with other people (who may potentially be there to get tested for covid) for our routine blood work.

Update: we found out that the phlebotomist forgot to check off lead in the blood order per the doctors original order and thus, it was not tested. We'd have to get retested for this so we're disappointed.

They will NOT tell you if the person they are sending is vaccinated. They claim it's a HIPAA violation. IT'S NOT. So you are unwell enough to need mobil blood draw and they have no problem sending an unvaccinated person into your home to get right into your space to do your blood draw. I cannot imagine being able to rationalize this in any way. NOT OK. They also deleted my post and review on their FB page. I felt it important that others know that they will send an unvaccinated tech into your house and will REFUSE to tell you. Not only will they do this, they REALLY do not want you to know. SHOCKING.

This is an amazing service. The service fee can be a bit scary, but it is worth it if you're not getting frequent blood draws and abhor going into the actual lab. Excellent service from answering to phone to responding to emails and getting everything scheduled in a timely manner. Josh (who came to my home) was very professional and fast. The results came right when I needed to see my primary doctor. I would highly recommend this service!

My hubbie is high risk for Covid but needed his labs done. We made an appointment at a lab (early appt.) and it turned out to be a disaster (long line of people all waiting for a draw-very scary) I found Phleetbo online and thought "what a great idea". Made an appointment and Sandy came out that Friday (also we made an early appointment because we had to fast and she was at our home before 8:00am!). We had her draw the blood from our makeshift "lab" in our garage. Sandy was so pleasant and professional. She was in mask and full PPE garb. We felt very safe. She took our labs immediately to Quest because we got the results the very next Monday. Phleetbo saved us stress and anxiety and I definitely recommend them.

Let me start by saying Jackie is Amazing, such a spunky and beautiful person. I'm so glad I found this company, my request was different than others since my fear of needles is pretty bad, I usually faint at the lab. My first call to the company, I was transferred to a man not sure if it was a Greg, but he assured me they could accommodate my request for my therapeutic phlebotomy. Then Jackie showed up, a real sunshine. She's extremely patient with me, she's skilled and she makes this process go so quick. I haven't fainted once with her. I ask for her every time. I feel like we've created a friendship and my fear of needles is actually getting better. I highly recommend Jackie and Phleebo.

New Management. They were impossible to reach and not friendly on the phone. They used to dispatch a phlebotomist within a day or two but now it is a week wait time. Also used to produce serum tears same day but now you have to wait a few days. I miss the old management

Well, I didn't even know mobile phlebotomy was a thing until very recently, and now I sure am glad I do know! It's too bad because going back to regular lab now is going to suck! ;P Phleetbo was fast and professional. Everything went well, from the initial phone call with Anthony, then to Kristin, and finally with the phlebotomist CJ. Everyone I interacted with was top-notch. The whole experience was virtually flawless, almost too easy! Thanks guys!
