The soup was
I was judged a bit but lucky for them the food was good.
They looked at me like I stole something when I came in. But, like I said lucky for them the soup was a 10.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Marial L.Rowland Heights, CA19266187May 3, 2024
Pho experience
It was almost 3 o'clock in the afternoon, we got the warmest welcome from the server.
My friend never had Pho before.
She had the #14 - House Special Noodle Soup with Filemignon well done - she loved it. She finished the whole bowl no drip of soup left. $12.49 (S)
I had #12 - House Special Soup w/ rare steak, brisket, flank, tendon, brisket point, tripe, beef ball. It sure came with a lot ingredients. I liked it too. $13.99 (L)
The broth was light no MSG.
The server was very accommodating for our requests. Although they have been in this location for almost 10 years, yet this was my first visit.
I will be back.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Maliya M.Los Angeles, CA685513Dec 28, 2023
What an amazing family restaurant. The
Soup broth is delicious we enjoyed both chicken and beef pho and the flavor was incredible. The grilled pork chop is phenomenal, I can't get enough.
The chili oil is impressive and delicious!
The employees are incredibly kind and the food comes quick. The restaurant is very tidy .
Parking can be tricky but totally worth it. You always need a great pho restaurant to frequent, this is it !!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mar 2, 20242 check-ins
We were craving Vietnamese food and a hot bowl of pho on a rainy day tonight. We ordered the grilled pork vermicelli (bun) with egg rolls, special pho (dac biet), and a rare steak pho for to-go. We last dined in there so long ago because the decor was a bit plain and they played some 50s or 60s old music I haven't heard before. However, their food was pretty good and we enjoyed it so much! The portions were big, they gave us big bowls of pho and bun. The soup base of the pho was flavorful, and the beef quality was not bad. The egg rolls were crispy and not oily. The grilled pork was tender and flavorful and I liked that my order (grilled pork vermicelli) had a lot of veggies. The price was very reasonable and the service was good and staff were friendly. We would go back there again soon but maybe get it for to go.

3/8/24 around 5:40ish was craving for pho after the rain was cold therefore I went to their place. Last time I was here was few months ago for to go. Their pho is very delicious generous with their meat portions also definitely warm up the cold body with this weather. I have been here total three times so far their pho doesn't disappoint. Service was friendly and I can tell them have many regulars because the waitress already know few of the customers' regular orders.

OMGG let me tell you that this is a hidden gem!! My bf and I wanted to try somewhere new so we stumbled upon this restaurant. It's a little mom and pops shop (which you know will always be good). We ordered Pho and the banh me sandwich and everything was SO GOOD!! The service was great their very attentive and make sure you have everything you need. Make sure to go support this business you won't regret it.

My go to pho location was closed and I was desperate for some warm comforting pho. So I looked for the next closest location (with good reviews) that I hadn't already tried and stumbled across Pho Bamboo.
I must say I was pleasantly surprised.
I placed a take out order over the phone and my order was ready and piping hot when I arrived. Service was cook and polite.
Now for the pho. While I must say my go to will not be changing this place was pretty good. The meat was sliced paper thin and the portions were great! The broth was a little on the sweet spot for my personal taste but overall it was delicious and hit the spot.Helpful 0Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dec 2, 2023
I have been here a couple times before with my family (quite a while back) and always forget this place because I do not live in the area. Our waiter actually remembered us, which was nice. The staff here are always friendly, hardworking and helpful in a casual dining area. The vermicelli (with grilled pork, fried shrimp paste, egg rolls and veggies) is probably one of the Top 5 I've had of all times. It was a little different from what I always receive at other Vietnamese restaurants, but they really nailed the flavors here. You also can't go wrong with a fried shrimp appetizer... that is unless you are allergic to shrimp or have high cholesterol. My friends ordered the Pho and said the broth was flavorful and perfect for the colder weather.

Food 5 Stars***** #31 best pho
Service 5 Stars***** Edwin is a Rock Star
Ambiance 5 Stars***** very clean and nice
I had the pleasure of stumbling upon Pho Bamboo Vietnamese restaurant by chance, and what a delightful surprise it was! From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the place. A special shout-out to Edwin, the server, who was not only a true gentleman but also an attentive and caring waiter. He went the extra mile by safeguarding my forgotten ID and credit card holder. Thank you, Edwin.
Now, let's talk about the food. I ordered their #31, the fried egg noodle soup with shrimp, BBQ pork, wonton, spearmint leaves, bean sprouts, Thai basil, jalapeno peppers, all in a chicken broth. The flavors in this dish were a symphony, perfectly balanced and truly mind-blowing. The broth was incredibly flavorful, and the addition of crunchy bean sprouts was a delightful touch. However, it was the spearmint that brought all the elements together, leaving an aromatic sensation on my taste buds. The rice noodles were the best I've ever had, making this one of the finest pho bowls I've ever tasted. I find it hard to believe there's a better one out there.
I also tried their shrimp fried rice, and it was equally impressive. They served generous portions of succulent shrimp, and the rice was fluffy and delicious.
What makes this place even more special is the incredible service and the honesty of the staff in returning my misplaced credit cards. I can't thank them enough. Without a doubt, this Vietnamese restaurant deserves a solid 5 stars in every category. It's a must-visit spot, and I'll definitely be returning for more of their amazing food and service.Helpful 11Thanks 1Love this 7Oh no 0
