Pho Quynh

One of the my favorite pho restaurant here in the CLT area.

Their pho is extremely flavorful, with a lot of meats and noodles. Their Bun Bo Hue is my go to, as the different meat cuts are tender and very aromatic.
You can't go to a Vietnamese restaurant and not get spring rolls; their fresh spring roll is sooooo good. That sweet pork that they put in their spring roll, along with the crunch wrapper is the middle just brings everything together.

My friends and I usually go to Pho Quynh on Sunday therefore they're always packed, so make sure to go early for good seating. There is always the same 2 guys working when I go in, they both do a great job busting down the tables, especially during rush hours.

This restaurant is underrated. Authentic Vietnamese food and not overpriced. Chill environment and food came out fast. I ordered the Pho Dac Biet and it's almost as tasty as from home (I'm biased ofc). Enjoyed every bite. Would recommend if someone were craving a bite of some viet food.

Their ambiance is chill. Sometime you will hear music sometime you won't and it will be quiet.

Their Bun Bo Hue is nothing short of extraordinary. Bursting with authentic Vietnamese flavors, the aromatic and rich broth paired with tender meat and the perfect balance of spice is an absolute delight for the taste buds. It's become my preferred dish, and I find myself craving it regularly. It even has the blood cubes!

The menu at Pho Quynh is extensive, catering to a variety of tastes. While my favorite is the Bun Bo Hue, my friends do like their other dishes as well. Service is quick and there is never a wait since there's a good amount of seating.

In summary, if you're a fan of Bun Bo Hue or simply looking for an authentic Vietnamese culinary experience in Charlotte, Pho Quynh is the place to be. Your taste buds will thank you, especially after a night out with friends.

The Pho was not that good. Broth was too sweet and lacking that beefy taste. I asked for Nuoc Beo (the fatty liquid that usually floats on the top during the broth preparation process) and the older gentleman said they've already included it in my bowl of pho. I know this is a lie because if the fatty liquid was added, the broth in my bowl would have that shiny glistening surface, which clearly it did not. I hate being lied to. For this reason, they get 1 star (wish I could give it ZERO star) and will never come back.

An amazing experience every single time, a must go every time I'm in Charlotte. I'd contemplate driving 3 hours from Raleigh just for the tripe and meatball pho. Staff is so kind, and the place is always clean and quiet!

I highly recommend getting their combination pho! Their generous portions are complemented by their affordable prices. If you're looking to venture out a bit, try their bun bo hue! It's a spicier version of pho with thicker noodles.

My husband had severe diarrhea after our quick bowl of pho each and some chicken wings. I was ok but he wasn't well for over a week. We had different ingredients in our respective pho! This was our 2nd visit. We thought this pho place it's
pretty good from our 1st visit

My father in law ordered the #16, my husband ordered the pho combination beef and I ordered the house special tamarind with shrimp.

Everything was absolutely delicious-- wonderful depth of flavor. My only complaint would be that the shrimp wasn't deveined enough for my personal preference.

Our service was fantastic and the server even preemptively offered my father in law a fork when he saw that he was struggling.

We will definitely return.

Have been here a few times and absolutely love it. It's a laid back, no frills kind of place with excellent food and friendly service. The pho, bun, and hot pot are all delicious...give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
