Tom helped us move an upright piano a while ago. I had no idea an object so heavy can be moved so seamlessly. He gave us great tips as to how to maintain it and how often should we tune it. Overall, a very nice experience.

This business deserves zero stars. I called the number listed on their website (425-462-1101). A man answered the phone yelling at me "what do you want!!!!" in a very angry tone. All I said was hello. He answered "you called me, what do you want!!!". I just wanted to check on the piano services offered for two vintage pianos that needed restoration. Do not give business to this company if this is the first impression you get. Stay away!
