This place is amazing! all of the staff is nice and understanding, and the cafe is really nice and pretty!

My truck was broken do w n and the windshield wipers would not work during a rain storm. I pulled I to the lot because it is a D.O.T violation to have wipers out of service. While waiting for the Mechanic, I went inside to eat some lunch at their Cafe. When I came out they had parked a service van infront of my truck so I could not leave. They came out and began arguing with me that I was trespassing on private property and that my mechanic could not repair my wipers on their site. Well that pissed me right off. We argued back and forth and she threatened to have me towed and then I threatened to run their van down If they didn't move it. They moved it and walked away, I told my mechanic they were just a bunch of assholes. I will never darken their door step again to do anything including buy food. Yelp made ne give them one star which they didn't even deserve that.

After taking my semi in for work I was having the same issue and decided to take it back to have issue corrected. After two weeks of hearing nothing from PitStop I decided to go pick my truck up to take it elsewhere to have it looked at and fixed as this was costing me money from days missed from work.

I was told my truck was being held due to the owner of the company that dispatches my loads owing them money for an alleged repair on a vehicle previously serviced by them ( PitStop )
I am an owner operator and purchased and own my own truck outright so their bill has nothing to do with my bill. Needless to say I've been out of work 3 weeks because I refuse to pay another companies 8K bill which was actually paid the work was not completed satisfactorily and was later disputed with credit card company.

Please avoid this place at all cost they have horrible customer service and practicing illegal tactics holding my property.

Fast, reliable full service truck shop. I'm very happy with the work they've done on my truck, all on time as promised which is very important in my busy work schedule.
Highly recommend this place to everyone looking for quality service.
