Helen is the only one I will go to! She always does an outstanding job. I'm on daily chemo pill so my nails are very thin but she manages to be able to keep them looking great without having to put tips on, just the acrylic on top. This was my first time at popular nail bar. My friend goes here all the time so I thought I would give it a shot since I have a wedding this weekend. I looked online at prices and it said that a regular pedicure with nail polish was $32. The second I walked in I confirmed with the girl at the front desk that it would be $32 with regular nail polish and she said yes that is correct. She told me to go pick a color and I was unfamiliar on where to look since I have never been there before I was an instructed by a very rude woman named Helen to sit down and she placed papers in front of me with a bunch of different colors. She kept pressing me on getting gel and I told her no multiple times she asked me why and I told her I did not have enough money. My feet in the water for two minutes and the entire service took about maybe 10. Then Helen I had a reservation show up and so Helen left me and went to go work on her, which is fine. I didn't mind waiting, I wanted water and nobody ever came up to me offering a drink or anything which is fine, but I didn't even have a chance to find someone to ask for a little bottle of water. As you can see in the picture, There's still dead skin on my toes and my heels. I usually do my nails, but I wanted to treat myself since I'm going to a wedding again this was Helen who did my nails. What really set me off in the end was when I was paying she said cash or card and I said card and she said OK it'll be $34. I said I thought it was $32 and she said it's a two dollar up charge when you pay with card. I was never told that prior and there's not a sign that says that anywhere in the front which it should. I will never be back

Lan and Linda did an amazing job. They took their time and I didn't not feel rushed. The quality of their work was outstanding. Linda even took the time to get me a fresh drink when she saw a fly flying around my drink. Grea lt customer service!
