AJ, I am so sorry you feel this way! In my 26 years of residing in the Temecula/Murrieta VAlleys, and owning two different businesses, I've never had a negative review, as I was taught to address any concerns with a servant's heart and I live by the "golden rule", that the customer is always right, which I learned as a Senior Operations Manager with a Fortune-100 company, prior to graduating college and opening my own real estate brokerage. That being said, this comment is quite ambiguous. I also want to have it noted, that there is another Power Real Estate Group in San Bernardino that at times, has created quite a bit of confusion. Moreover, that they from time to time marketed illegally in Riverside County. Can you give me specifics on a particular home or transaction? Which agent disappointed you, or as you put it, "...unsuccessful in meeting your needs...?" Please know that every client is extremely important to me and my company. Allowing me to communicate with you is key in coming to a solution, that I assure you, you would also be happy with as well. Thank you in advance for your response, and your understanding that I take my business very seriously, my wife, and three children depend on my continued success, and negative reviews can be quite damaging to a small business, so I am sure you would assist me in clarifying this matter! Hands down the best service and most knowledgeable team I've ever worked with. They fought to get us the house of our dreams, up against odds not at all in our favor, and went above and beyond to make it happen. No other realtor could have navigated through the complexities of selling our house and purchasing another with a seller who was beyond unreasonable. Don't waste your time with anyone else. They can get you the best deal and they know ALL the current laws to protect you and ensure a smooth transaction. Thanks guys!!!

Chad was amazing in making me feel comfortable when I still lived back in New York. He even previewed the homes I liked as soon as they came on the market with FaceTime! He incorporates a ton of technology. His site has all the properties on the market for me to see the minute they become available. His knowledge of the area was extensive and made me feel comfortable in my purchase. He successfully negotiated down the purchase price. I was lucky to get a gorgeous gated community, Murrieta view home when there was very little inventory against other competing offers. I strongly recommend him to any buyer or seller. His knowledge as a broker reminds me of strong brokers back in NY!
