It is a stretch that it is a very unsafe shopping center and they lock the door before and after each customer. That should have been the sign. Way too many quality options in Charlotte to waste your time and money here

SORRY THIS IS LONG BUT I JUST HAVE SO MUCH TO SAY!!! Please read!!!!As per usual I wish I can leave 0 stars but I cannot, this place was nice at first and everything seemed well, and we trusted the aestheticians. I was there to do laser and i would come back each time telling them i did not see a lot of results and after my sixth session they changed my aesthetician because she wasn't a good fit to do my laser and then after 1 more session they changed my aesthetician again. As you can see they were firing there aestheticians every month, meaning my treatments were nowhere near consistent because every aesthetician did different techniques each laser appointment. At the end of my 11 laser treatments my hair is not what I expected at all. My hair loss was only 30% out 100%, we let the doctor know and she did not give us a refund or anything to please us she took our money and called it a day. I did a hormone test to see if it was my body that rejected the laser but it wasn't. I researched about my type of course hair and they said it's easier for thick hair to get off my body, because the laser catches the hair follicle better. In this instance the laser, the aestheticians, the doctor, and the spa as a whole wasn't a good experience and a waste of time.

They wouldn't give me a refund or transfer my laser hair package to another area. Not impressed with their customer service or professionalism. They also missed spots when doing laser hair removal
