Kevin K.IL, IL02Jul 29, 2023PLEASE SEARCH FOR PRIDE CLEANING AND RESTORATION AND LOOK AT BOTH LISTINGS. Both listings are the same company. The other listing has much poorer reviews. I suspect they added a different listing so the poor reviews would be overlooked. That should tell you all you need to know
Responsive and did a decent job with cleanup, but DO NOT USE for restoration. You can see my full review in the other listing. Workers are unqualified. Permit for work not filed with the city. They take a long time. They also caused multiple other leaks during the process. There was also a billing issue. When the charges were contested, the billing manager was very demeaning and condescending.
