Jennifer D.Austin, TX9268Aug 3, 2021OnePlus 7t with a shattered screen. Josue was responsive, answering my questions quickly and scheduling an appointment for me. Office was clean and quiet. Unfortunately my phone had more damage that I initially thought, so Josue had to order parts. He alerted me when parts arrived and right after when it was ready for pickup. Very easy process. Hope to never need his services again, but if I do, I'll be back!

Not only was this place the most cost effective, it was the most responsive as well. There's also a lifetime guarantee for all the work. Usually, it's only a 6 month guarantee! That's a steal! Josh was an awesome person to work with and I would definitely recommend this place for any fixes you may need for your electronics. It is guaranteed, that in the future, should I need these services again, I will use Josh and this business!!!

Julio C.Albuquerque, NM01Sep 27, 2021Updated reviewThese guys are charging me $30 to return a phone screen which costs probably a few dollars to mail it, even if it was ordered a second time cse "they" "sent it back" still don't justify a 40% restocking fee so be careful when you go over there or they'll rip you off, I do not recommend them, save the headache and go somewhere else, and don't leave a deposit cse if you happen to need a refund they'll keep a whopping 40% restocking fee.

Julio, as I explained earlier, we are not making any profit on the restocking fee. The $30 is for the $10 FedEx shipping cost (with insurance), and $10 that our vendor charges us every time we send a part back. As you know, we had to send that part back twice. Once after your first refund request, and then again now. If you hadn't changed your mind, we would have loved to repair your phone. In fact, I agree that the fee seems a bit high. Heck, as a small business, I wish that our vendors didn't charge us any fees either. With that said, my supervisor tried calling you to talk about adjusting your refund to something you'd be happier with but he hit your voicemail box twice. Feel free to call us back or message us a better contact number.
Sep 7, 2021Previous reviewPoor communication, so I don't know how good their service is cse I never recieved it , but I'm still waiting for my "no hassle refund" on a deposit I made a cpl weeks ago, see I somehow missed the message but never recieved a follow up msg, so it's now a week after the first message and I no longer need their services, I then kindly asked for a refund and still waiting. I got a response and it's more a technical issue on my end and will be resolved, I do believe they're great to do business with as they've been professional and pleasing to actually deal with so next time I'll be needing cell phone repair services I will come and give them another try as I'm satisfied with their response time now that we got in contact so I'll give them the benefit and score of 4 stars
