Puragain Water

Puragain definitely delivers on their value and service as promised. From inside sales (Johnny) and technical sales (Miguel), to the techician/installer (Jose)...all were very thorough, professional, and courteous. All the product and plan options were explained clearly, along with their commitment to yearly maintenance service (bonus!!).

Jose did an excellent job installing both the whole house system and the under-sink drinking system. All were completed in less than 3 hours, which included disconnecting and removing the old water softening system.

A definite recommend!!

We installed the system about a year ago after extensively reviewing other alternatives and finding none. The water quality here in Riverside is not great to put mildly. We relied on our refrigerator filter for a long time but obviously it was only part of the solution. I can honestly say it made a difference. We still had a little bit of calcification so it is probably not as effective as water softener but the levels are certainly a lot less. The water tastes much better and some of the skin irritation that happened in the past hasn't happened again. The Chlorine levels were out of control and no more Chlorine is detected. While other systems may provide a cheaper alternative, I wanted something that just worked and worked well, since water is so essential to our health.

We replaced our filters for the first time yesterday (kudos to Jacob C.). After having some additional questions I reached out to the customer support and Yeshua was friendly, professional and polite and answered all of my questions and addressed all of the concerns.

So far, this business has definitely earned the 5 stars both on quality of the product and customer care.

Our technician Jacob came over right on time. He was not only efficient he was also very knowledgeable with what needed to be done with our system.

SCAM. They sell you a $5k conditioning system with RO under the sink and advertise it as SOFTENING water and neutralizing magnesium and calcium...my water is still hard with 15 grains which is very hard. You will still need a water softener

There are other companies out there that will provide conditioning and water softening systems for better pricing

No i have to spend another $2k to install an actual water softener on top of he $5k for this crappy conditioning system. Don't get fooled like me

We were contacted in a timely manner for our annual service appointment. Jacob C came out and gave us a clear and honest assessment of what did and did not need to be replaced at the time. He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable.

We got this system in North Texas a couple of weeks ago. We wanted a water system that didn't take up a ton of room in the garage and didn't have the slimy "super soft water" feeling. IYKYK

Kong was our sales guy and he is awesome. No high pressure selling. Just some facts and answered a bunch of questions. He did a great job and has answered several questions after the install too.

The install was seamless and the crew made it look like they were never here.

The water is softer without question, the taste is great and the RO/PH system is the best. Zero question this works as Kong described. I'm sure outlet pool will like lower calcium too.

I had four companies out and there is zero question I chose correctly.

I am rather surprised to note the way to overcome the Service failures and personal intervention of the person in Charge of our area and his genuine willingness to help the customer to close the deal within the shortest possible time.
It's nice to find a group in this highly competitive market still believes that to earn a customer takes time , energy , goodwill as well as Quality of the merchandise as well as the users positive Reviews but to loose one takes few minutes

So far I am really happy with the install and can't wait to use 6 stage drinking water unit on the kitchen sink. I need to do two 30 minute water purges first to get rid of the new filter sediment.
