Brett and his team were amazing! They were very patient and helpful with choosing a color and finish especially given that my floors are maple and not oak. They were also reliable and very concerned about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Quality Hardwood Floors!

Got a quote from Brett, called four people, one didn't call back, one quote was high and Quality Hardwood Floors (Brett) was a little higher than the low. Went with them as I liked his "get up and go", he returned my call right away and came over on a Saturday and gave me a quote (he was near by). Brett did some of the work himself and kept a close eye on the work his guys were doing. There a small area that I was ok with but Brett came back after the job was done and redid it. Hard working, responsive and thorough. Highly recommended if you are looking for hardwood floor installation in the Upper Arlington area.
