Queen Nails

Today I had my nails done by Susan and she was terrific. I got acrylic over my real nails and I am very pleased with the results. Susan took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure that it was being done to my satisfaction. This was my first time here but I plan on being a loyal customer of Queen Nails.

Having your nails done by a new nail technician can be very scary because you never know what's going to happen when you get into the chair.

I'm very pleased with this location and their level of customer service.

I have been looking for a nail salon that treats their clients like they are the only one that matters, who takes pride in the their craft. I finally found the place. It is queen nails!!! They are very clean and actually listen to what you want. The products they use are not acetone down. David is incredible my nails look incredible. They are a full service salon which makes it so convenient. They knew i was crunched for time and did my pedicure and nexgen at the same time. I will be referring everyone i know to Queen nails.

Kim is amazingggggggg!! Been going to her for years. She is an expert fixing in-grown toenails. She is so good, that I always tips her extra. Very clean nail place, and everything is sterile. I love her!! They take walk-ins & last minute appointments!! :)

I've been going for years! Cindy and Kim are the best. I've never had a problem. Clean tools and the girls are friendly and accommodating. I can't speak for anyone else who works there. But if you want a great experience see Kim or Cindy.

Very happy with my service today. This was my first time here because I just moved to Boca. Nancy took care of me and she did a great job! They are friendly, warm, welcoming and clean. They did a great job with both my nails and toes. I will definitely be coming here again.

Worst pedicure ever! Will never go back. She did not trim all of my cuticles or file my nails to a nice shape. She didn't spray the nails with alcohol prior to applying the polish. And she put so much polish on, that it went up over my cuticles and took forever to dry.

Great customer service!! Very quick and efficient! I had stopped in as a walk-in and was taken right away.
As a nail technician myself, I pay close attention to detail but I was very pleased with who I was serviced by! My technician was Moon, she was very friendly, speedy, and polished well! I enjoyed my time with her. She is possibly my new go-to for "me time". Only downside was color selection so I will bring my own polish from now on- but that is my only complaint! Very pleased with service. Will be back!

I made a reservation and showed up a few minutes early for a gel manicure. They soaked my fingers for 35 minutes (usually only a 15 minute soak) so they could take walk in customers while I waited. I ended up removing the old gel myself and refusing service because by the time they could take me, I had another time sensitive appointment I had to go to. They apologized and explained they were busy. I suggested in the future not to overbook.

Let's pretend there was an option for zero stars! I don't even know where to begin! They sat me down in the pedicure chair for about 20 minutes with no one assisting me. They sent a girl that was about 15 years old to start my pedicure. She clearly had no idea what she was doing because she was asking her mom (sitting next to her doing my friend's pedicure) which tools to use. Then after about 15 minutes another lady took over and did a half ass job.
Overall, it was a terrible experience! Would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!!!
AWFUL!!

Barely one star. What a shame. The pedicure was good but the customer service was awful. I asked to use polish for my hands while waiting on my pedicure and was told it would be $7. To use polish! Wow I won't be going back there again!
