Great family owned and operated company! Have used Shane for a few jobs, easy to communicate with, very competitive prices, his crew came in, took care of business, and was gone, everything cleaned up like nothing even happened, highly recommended.

Very disappointed is customer service, quality of work (finally) completed, and interaction with business! Left our yard a wreck after finally coming out 12 weeks after initial contact, when they originally said 6-8 weeks. Understand it was a busy fall but if you're not gonna make commitments, then be honest about it! Also, finish the job before demanding payment. Now to find somebody hopefully more qualified and trustworthy to clean up the mess you all left us with!

Best service vendor we have had years. Old school commitment to doing the job right the first time. Competitive prices but outstanding work. We will have them back anytime we need tree removal and/or trimming in the future.

Update: shortly after being frustrated with Quinlan, the stumps were promptly removed. I would recommend as this was probably an oversight on their part.

Wow, someone answers the phone. That was a good sign. The lady I talked with gave me an appointment before I got off the phone. Guess what? They showed up. That is two stars there.

The price was fair and a day was scheduled to do the trimming. Another star there. The crew shows up, does their job, with a smile. When they left, the tree was trimmed nicely, not butchered. Another star.

Job was left clean, another star. Could be happier with my experience.

Removing 3 medium size + 3 smaller tress + one larger tree limb, and cutting back juniper bushes.
The tree removal was done professionally, however it was promised to come back within a few days to remove the tree stumps.
They did not follow-up on the remaining job until I left several phone voice messages.
Unfortunately I have to reduce one star, but without the issue for stump grinding this company deserves definitely 5 starts, because everything else was done satisfactory for removing the trees professionally and cleaning up the site.

They did a great job at my mother in-laws last week , everything was nice and neat when they left . Thank you !

I highly recommend Quinlan Tree Service for any tree work. Quinlan is professional and very knowledgeable. They came out to my home on the scheduled date and on-time to cut down 6 large trees. As they set up, it was clear they are conscientious of minimizing damage to the lawn with their equipment. The crew of 4 worked great as a team and it is obvious they have a passion for the work they do and take pride in it. Something you don't often see today! They cleaned up great. All my contacts with the company were with Shane and Lisa (in the office) and they were both very professional and helpful when I had questions. The company is personable and they clearly appreciate their customers! When I initially contacted several companies to get estimates, Quinlan was the ONLY company that actually came out to talk with me about the work I needed.
