The Owner has been my go-to local shop for the last few years. The Owner Ron is a great down to earth guy and treats you with much respect. Highly recommended for all your sheetmetal/gutter needs.

Nice team Ryan and Adolfo .. completed the job in two and a half days and cleaned up nicely. They are very friendly and polite.
Our gutters were from the time the house was built so were rusted out as they were steel.. over 50 years.
They started the work two weeks after the estimate. The office is very professional in providing the contract and invoice.

I deal with this company past few years. They installed the gutters for my home with reasonable prices, fast responses and service. Very pleased with everything.

I got a referral to R&R. I asked them to come out and check out some issues that we were having with the gutters. Rather than try to sell us something expensive, they identified simple fixes we could make, and these resolved the issues without even charging us! Much appreciated, and would definitely contact them again if we ever had another issue.

We just had some gutter and fascia boards replaced and could not have been happier with R&R. They were able to come out pretty quickly, the crew was so polite and professional, and their prices were very reasonable. We will definitely use them again if we need anything related to gutters or roof.

R&R did a great job replacing all of our damaged rain gutters and downspouts, as well as adding nice new gutter screens. They also added nice chimney shrouds on our two fireplaces that look great. All in less than a day. Would definitely recommend them and work with them again if needed!

I received a recommendation for R&R Raingutters from my roofer (whom I love and have used for multiple jobs at multiple different homes. I'll be sure to let him know about this experience.). When I called R &R the first week of September, I was advised that they would have someone come out to give me a bid in about 5 weeks. We had some leaky gutters (joints that needed repair and the like). I crossed it off my list and forgot about it.

I realized in late October - with the rainy season bearing down on us - that no one had come out yet. I called in and was told that they had no record of our address. Instead, the woman who answered the phone told me that she would look into it and get back to me. She called me back later that day, leaving a voicemail to the effect that they were not taking any more jobs except emergencies. When I called her back and reminded her about my phone call in early September and the promise of a bid in early October, I got the run around and the promise to get to the bottom of it. I never heard back.

I understand that contractors are busy right now but this is disrespectful, rude and just poor customer service. If you are too busy to take my job, tell me at the get go - when I still have the opportunity to hire someone else prior to the rainy season. Now everyone else is also booked and I'm out of luck until spring. So very disappointed.

R&R fabricated copper downspout assemblies for me, the price was far less than I thought. I ordered copper beam caps again, the same result.
I needed a kitchen vent hood cover from stainless steel. During this process, a dent was put directly in the front on of an expensive Melie kitchen vent hood. Ron purchased a new hood and it was installed flawlessly.

He has always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
I will now order handrails, I expect the same result.

We had used R & R Raingutters to replace all of the gutters at our last home. They did a great job, on budget (best price), and on time. Loved working with them. Now years later with a different house, we needed many wooden corbels capped to prevent further wood rot. They came out within just a few days, gave a very comprehensive quote with a couple of options, and explained everything. Long story short, they custom made 28 copper covers on site, installed everything in less than 4 hrs, and gave us a beautiful solution to a potentially very costly repair. So happy and highly highly recommend!

Has them clean my gutters as they were installing new gutters on flip next door to my house and the guys said that they could see that they needed clearing. So I paid for them to clean gutters, and the rains came and the down spouts were overflowing. I called Them back to ask them why and the office manager said that the work was done 6 months ago (summer) and they would not come and look. So I called them and told the I would pay for this service and the same rude office manager said the estimator would come out to see me for appointment. And that never happened.
I understand that people are busy, but you could at least tell me, so I hired someone else, apparently these guys clogged downspouts even more, as I was having problems with spouts that had no trees nearby, so they effectively jammed the spouts that had no problems, and cleared others.
On top of that they broke my hose too. Note to business owner, you need new office manager/scheduler.
