What I wasn't impressed with was that the inspector walked right into my home without taking off his shoes and tracked mud on my pale carpets. Complete disrespect for someone's home. I did scold the inspector about this and called him out on being very unprofessional. The last company and most who enter someone's home at least put on booties to protect carpets. Some of us pride ourselves, like my family, on keeping a living space neat and tidy. He acted very ignorant of the situation and unapologetic. I did complain to his manager about this.
