      Take a hall pass and skip this Mickey Mouse operation. These people call you back when they are free and if you don't pickup the phone good luck calling them back to get ahold of the repair guy. The repair guy doesn't call back and then your off the list for the day... NO SHOW... also no call to let you know your appointment was cancelled.

      Stay away! They want your money for the 10 min visit, but aren't interested in actually performing the repair. Customer service is horrible and I finally gave up and went to another repair company after 9 weeks without my washer! They got my $80, but won't get another dollar of my business!

      Brian, the super friendly,professional and prompt technician has now helped me twice. After speaking to the owner Mark, who went above and beyond to help me research if I should repair or replace my range, he handed me off to his technician Brian who has never disappointed. As a new homeowner, I'm super grateful to have honest people I can call for help! Their pricing his extremely fair and competitive, and scheduling is made easy.

      Let's just say I would never hire them again for any service repairs. They fixed the fridge, it broke again a few day later. Parts were ordered, no technicians ever called to let me know the parts would take over a week to come! My tenants lost all their food in their fridge. I called, the girl was rude. This is a 3 person office. Asked for the owner to call me since she claimed she was the Manager and the one in charge (and she was the one who answers the phone). Never got a call back from owner. As I write this review, it's the day after Christmas and no update as to when parts are coming. Never again!

      We were supposed to receive a return phone call from these people on a certain day. We did not. When I called back, I merely pointed out that we were supposed to have received a call the day before as per a conversation my wife had with the receptionist. The receptionist remarked that she had never spoken to my wife - insinuating that my wife was lying. I asked if she was accusing my wife of lying. Before I started yelling - which I am sometimes prone to do at rude people who expect me to pay them for something - I hung up the phone.

      My wife received a call back from the receptionist the next day in which she miraculously remembered speaking to her and that she had told me that they had never spoken. No apology.

      An hour later, the owner of the company called my wife to tell her that we would have to pay cash for the repair - which we clearly did not want performed - because I had yelled at his receptionist.

      I will not reward horrid customer service with my business.

      We had our two-year old refrigerator repaired by this company. We paid for a repair service that did not correct the issue. We contacted whirlpool who agreed to send out a technician from another company to have it addressed. That company correctly identified the main issue and corrected it on first visit. They also noticed that reliable had left a fan disconnected hat had exacerbated the issue. I contacted Reliable to provide them feedback on issue and they were discourteous. I would recommend going elsewhere for your repair needs.

      CAUTION!! After numerous attempts to fix my ice maker and paying for several parts they were unable to fix it. The tech (Mike) was very nice and told me the owner would work with me on getting a partial refund of $200. I've been chasing the Owner (Mark) to call me back since November and he's been dodging my calls for two months now. It's clear he had no intention of giving me any refund at all even after stating initially he would. That is just awful customer service and unfortunately shows this company isn't legitimate. I waited several months giving them the benefit of the doubt before I posted this. I will not be using this company again - they really should be ashamed.

      Called in my Freezer for service and Technician Brian came out, friendly Guy.

      After inspecting the unit, he informed me that the control board was bad and the unit was low on refrigerant. He explained the control board would have to be ordered, but he could charge the system on site that day. I indicated that I would prefer to have all service performed together and would await his quote later that day for the control board. He called several hours later with a quote for $800 for all repairs. I accepted the quote and asked him to proceed.

      The following morning, Brian left a voice mail explaining there had been some confusion with the parts order and that, in addition to the control board, I needed a numeric keypad. The additional parts and labor would be $400. Secondly, Brian asserted that he would need 50% of the service price up front to cover the parts and alluded to a 'restocking fee' if I decided not to proceed with the service. At this point I could no longer ignore the red flags and ultimately decided not to entrust Reliable Appliance with the repair, but to acquire a second opinion from another company.

      The next day, I called Sub-Zero customer service for a local repair company endorsed by the manufacturer. They referred me to High-End Service and local Technician, Brad. Brad arrived the next day, inspected the unit, confirmed the bad control board, but explained the refrigerant was well within the proper levels and was able to pull up a history on the freezer indicating that the cooling system had been completely replaced in 2013. Total price for repair : $500.

      I am not sure if Brian and Reliable Appliance exhibited red flags due to inexperience with my manufacturer's products or due to internal inconsistencies with their billing protocols or they were due to more nefarious motives. Though it's in their name, I would not consider them entirely 'reliable'.

      Buyer beware.

      Raphael was an awful technician. Not at all dressed like the advertisements as he showed up in street clothes. Unprofessional, made passive aggressive comments about the towel he asked for, wore headphones while working, didn't complete the work. Inflexible for window times, he rushed me early from work because it was more convenient for him and argued about it. Going by this guys performance, don't bother with this place.
